Installation was quick and easy. The installers were very knowledgeable and went over everything before they left. They wanted to be sure I was happy and that I understood everything. They were very clean about it too!

I have had many things delivered and installed by Best Buys and I am always pleased with their service.

I'm so glad I decided to pay for installation. The two gentlemen who delivered and installed our new dishwasher got right down to business, installed it quickly and right.

The two guys that took out my old dishwasher and put in the new Bosch dishwasher did an excellent job. They were knew what they were doing. They even installed a new outlet for the washer.

This was my second installation for the same item (first was damaged). Installer was experienced and did a great job.

What a great job! He came in did the install and cleaned up the mess. Very professional but friendly, my kind of install.

Worst services ever. I had received damaged dishwasher. The first dishwasher door was dented. They said they would replace it but it would take 2weeks. It took about 3 weeks and they installed a 2nd dishwasher the door was dented worst then the first. They ignored my calls wouldn’t refund. Took over two months to get a undamaged dishwasher. Don’t buy from Best Buy

I will preface this by saying that the team that came out and did the actual installation was fantastic, no complaints there. My issue is with Best Buy's scheduling of the install and handling of an issue. The install was scheduled for Friday, 1/15. After taking the day off work, clearing a path for the installers and preparing the kitchen for installation, Best Buy customer service called me at 8am on the day of installation to cancel. I was told though that they could do it Saturday, 1/16 instead. I was annoyed, but since it was next day, I could live with it. The next day, at 8:20am, a truck arrived in my driveway with the new dishwasher, however, this turned out to be a DELIVERY ONLY. So not only do I get canceled on the original date, lied to about it being done the next day instead, now I have to store a dishwasher at my house with no known date of installation. Didn't figure out a new install date until the following Monday. When the new install day finally arrived, Best Buy's "haul away service" called me first thing in the morning asking if they could come pick up the old one yet, AND, if we could possibly haul it out to the driveway for them. (Are you kidding me!?!?) The dishwasher was installed later that day and the plumber who installed it did haul the old one away. Again, the actual plumber who installed it was fantastic! Best Buy charged me $159.99 for installation (plus an additional $30 for needed parts) and $25 for haul-away. Best Buy should be ashamed and embarrassed for the "service" they provided. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing.

Great install experience. The installers kept me up-to-date with an expected arrival time. They were prepared with all materials needed. Installation was fast and efficient. They reviewed the dishwasher features and operation. Very polite, too!

Technician installation provided excellent service. On time, improvised when parts didn't fit. Love my ew quiet dishwasher

First, we had to accommodate having our installation date changed 3 times and then on the day it was installed the team installing had been assigned us as an add-on and were very stressed for time. None-the-less, they got the job done. The one issue was that they did not do a very comprehensive job of was removing the plastic. I am still pulling off pieces that were cut off, not pulled off, so they left pieces behind. It is not a huge issue, but an inconvenience to me, the next customer, and the team.

Love this machine. Super quiet. Cleans so well and does not leave any residue on the glasses. Very happy with this purchase.

I usually do this work myself but didn't have time. They did a great job, arrived on time with constant communication, their work was quick, clean and get friendly. Took away my ancient dishwasher, very careful not to damage anything. That's!!!!

I am glad to say that these guys were great! They installed my dishwasher in record time. Real pleasant too.

I decided, that I didn't want to have to install my dishwasher this go around! So, if you want it professionally installed, you have to purchase this kit, or the installers, will not install your dishwasher, with existing water-lines or other existing-parts! Plus, with the new-parts, everything is warrantied.

All components are completely operational and is in working order.
