Selling points - smooth ball bearing racks gives effortless glide to rack's pull and push (also denotes a quality product), most metal vs. plastic construction compared to other brands, stainless steel tub, adjustable 2nd rack, lots of holes (40ish) on the wash blades and back of washer for forced water to reach and clean items, sanitation super hot cycle, heated coil drying vs. air circulation drying (not needing a towel to constantly wipe remaining droplets of water), great rep - one of the "lowest % repaired" brands on the market, smooth hidden cycle panel (easier to wipe clean with cloth) vs. button cycle panel (when wiping down counters crumbs and crud can easily fall into the button crevices-must use toothpick to constantly keep clean), no 3rd rack - they don't really clean the front and back of items well (see small wash blade on top of dishwasher and 3rd rack does not have the open design as the other 2 racks for water to easily reach items to clean), also the 3rd rack usually prevents placing tall glasss and plates from being placed in 2nd rack or have to constantly adjust rack, shorter normal wash times than competitors, in the average quiet range. Overall, I felt I got the very most "bang for my buck" in the mid range price of dishwashers. Pay too little and it's cheap junk. Pay for all the "bells & whistles" that end up not being used and more chances for things to short circuit and break. For the Best Deal - buy around a holiday time when deeper discounts are offered or ask to match a competitor's price, brands sometimes offer free installation or rebates (see brand website), store may offer free delivery if certain price point is met, sign up for or use Best Buy credit card for additional reward points or "free" no finance fee extended initerest payment periods. Some of the Bosch had very good reviews, but their construction (racks in particular) seemed inferior and they did not offer a heated coil drying cycle. I spent a lot of time and effort making a decision before choosing this Kitchenaid. I hope my opinion will help in finding the best dishwasher for you. PS I don't care for their new industrial modern handle - wish they offered a choice and that's why I bought the older model. I like the towel rack handle to keep a little cloth handy to wipe away any water or finger prints.

The guys did an excellent job removal and installation was done quickly and they cleaned up afterwards. What more could one ask for they did an excellent job demonstrating how to use the dish water.

Even though almost all dishwashers are supposed to fit in a slot that is 24 inches wide and 24 inches deep, we held our breath when buying a new one. I had measured the width of the unit in the store, and it seemed we had about 1/8 inch to spare. No problem. The unit fit, and the installation was relatively quick and tidy. The installer took the old unit away with no damage to the floor, door, etc. We.ve run it about a dozen times, and there is no indication of excessive vibration or noise. It's nice to deal with a pro.

The installation went fast and was pretty good. They even recommended how an upgrade to the plumbing connection would help.

The guys did a great job they fixed the leak. It was wonderful. However, when they installed the front part of the dishwasher it’s crooked it’s not straight flat

Our dishwasher installers were careful, considerate, thorough, and professional from start to finish. They removed the old dishwasher, carefully putting a bowl under parts that could drip when disconnected. When installing the new dishwasher, they thoroughly leveled the machine and ran a test. Consideration for our home was shown every step of the way.

I thought I reviewed the installation previously, but, I'll do it again. Installation was done on time. The men were nearly dressed and efficient. Numerous notices were sent zeroing in on the time, as the window grew closer. They cleaned up after themselves. Removal and installation went smoothly. No time was wasted. They gave me a brief overview of my model/machine and hit the highlights on running my new machine.

My installer arrived with his son to help out and they did a great job! I have absolutely no complaint. They both knew what they were doing and installed it quickly and correctly the first time. The father gave me a quick run down on how to run it, although I read the manual after they left and everything he said checked out. It has been running flawlessly ever since! I have a stove coming soon and I really hope they come out.

The installer for the dishwasher really knew what he was doing. He was fast and efficient. The dishwasher is very high quality and quiet.

Installation experience was fantastic, and dishwasher was installed quickly and without any issues. The person performing the install was on time (actually arrived a bit early). Was great about communicating with us leading up to the install and was very professional and helpful while performing the install.

The folks who came to the house to deliver and install our new dishwasher did a great job. We had some trouble getting the old one out, it had been installed with some *creativity* that took a lot of time to figure out. Once the old one was out, the new one went in really fast. It's working very well now. If I had tried doing it myself I would have taken a couple/few days before giving up and getting professional help.

Thanks to Andrew for taking the time to correct the first install of our DW. He came out the day before Thanksgiving and even helped us carry in our groceries. The first install was okay, but the contract installer did not return to correct the issue with the door improperly closing. It turned out that it needed to be leveled correctly. Andrew corrected the issue in less than 30 minutes, and assured us that the door was not twisted as we originally thought. The DW is working great. Thanks again!

The installer installed the dishwasher very fast and accurately.

Henry and Jacob installed the dishwasher and they were excellent! They were quick and paid particular attention to getting it level as the floor slopes a little where the dishwasher goes. They were quick and efficient and answered all the questions I had. WE had to wait about 30 days for the dishwasher to be delivered, but so far it was worth the wait!!

The crew did a great job, and we were happy with the installation. They cleaned up, and it was like they were never there except we had a functioning dishwasher that was installed perfectly!

I forget the installers name that came out and brought the Bosch 800 Dishwasher, but what a 1 man show. The install was very well done, and with fast install. Im guessing 30 minutes in and out, from leveling, install everything hooked up and tested. Explained the starting of the new Dishwasher. Will have all purchases that need installed done this way. No stress or things going wrong if id done it....Very pleased

Delivery was fine. Overall install was not terrible, but not perfect either. I had to correct a number of items myself over a few days. Preparation checklist prior to install did not cover all the requirements and after delivery, electrical work was needed to move a junction box that blocked the dishwasher from fitting into the spot. I would recommend installing yourself or using a trusted installer that you know.

The guys came on time and respected our cleanliness requests and took time to get the job done right per our rigorous standards. Actually the probably would have done that on their own!

So far, one fabulous dishwasher! My second Bosch and I need a quiet one. This one is so quiet you do not know it is running except for a little light telling you so. Excellent in the cleaning department. Glasses sparkle and dishes are super clean.
