Techinician called ahead and showed up on time. He was fast and curteous. Everything was hooked up correctly and he took the time to explain some of the features. I would highly recommend this installation service.

The installers were on time, organized, and the installation was seamless. They were probably in my house for about 30 mins tops. Knew exactly what they were doing and did an excellent job installing my Samsung Waterwall (Chef Collection series) dishwasher. Uninstalled previous dishwasher, installed new one, including retrofitting where water line needed to go through cabinet next to sink, hauled out old dishwasher. Tested new one before leaving. Polite and courteous.

The gentlemen that installed my dishwasher were very efficient and professional.

Took them a couple of tries to deliver everything correctly, then one of the new employees that was assisting the other one put a big scratch in our dishwasher. Replaced it free with another one. but installed and works well.

I didn't use the dishwasher immediately after it was installed the first time but when I did, no water was getting into it. I called for service and after waiting on the phone, too long, I finally got an appointment for several weeks later. When they came to see what was wrong it turned out that the water supply hose had a kink in it ... now this tells me that the guys installing it didn't really pay attention when they "tested" the dishwasher. After the 2nd installation I noticed that the dishwasher wasn't pushed into the space as far as it was the first time so I see some of the control buttons, which aren't suppose to show, and it sticks out just enough that crumbs and/or drippings land on the top of the dishwasher. When I received an email about whether or not I was happy with the install, I finally emailed back that I wasn't. I paid too much to have it stick out when it's not suppose to. I didn't hear back so I emailed again with the reply that they couldn't help me but I could contact the resolution dept. Why ask me if I was satisfied, if you aren't going to help me? At least give me the contact info for the resolution dept. I will be going to Best Buy first chance I get to talk to someone. I don't see why I am doing all the leg work for a job not well done.

Had to come back twice. Plumber was needed. But final install was excellent. Had to reschedule twice due to communication issues.

The installers made a simple mistake, cross-threading the feed line, which led to a massive leak when the dishwasher was first run. We set the dishwasher to run, left, then returned (which is typical usage) to find massive water damage. I can totally understand that, and even forgive it. I expected Best Buy to fix the problem and cover the damages to the house. However, after nearly a month, and I have a local contractor who wants to charge his employees out-of-pocket (which they certainly can't afford) instead of using insurance. Best Buy DOES have insurance to cover damage in such situations so that I don't bankrupt a couple of young, just starting out guys, but it hasn't approved the repairs yet. I originally escalated the case with Best Buy on April 30th. It's May 23rd. The living room is completely unusable (had to pull up the carpet and relocate furniture due to water damage), and the kitchen is down to bare floorboards too. So, in nearly a month, I have not been able to get ANYONE at Best Buy to push forward on an insurance claim to get the house fixed. This is . . . horrible.

Very pleased with Mersud's installation of our replacement dishwasher. It was somewhat complicated because, in the original installation, the electrical wiring, water feed and drain line had been fed under the floor, and access to it was difficult, through the suspended ceiling of the floor below. Mersud was very careful throughout.

Installer was friendly and courteous. He knew what he was doing. Fast install overall. Still working.

There was a delay caused by a sick truck driver, so I waited from 1:00 to 4:00 without hearing from them. Then the resolve team got into it and they had the dishwasher with a new driver there within the hour. He was fast and very professional. Well done! They sent me a gift card to compensate for the wait.

Best Buy has a great installer in my area. He is neat and tidy and very conscientious in his work! Great installation!!

Install went well. Had to pay a $94 charge for a new fitting. Could not decline fee because then they would not install. Finished product works great and looks great.
