Due to tile preventing the install, had to have the Tech Team at my house twice for the dishwasher install. Both times the workers did their best to accommodate me. Fast, efficient and very pleasant. Final install after tile removal was great!

Good luck getting your dishwasher installed. 7 months later I still haven't been able to get it installed even though best buy claims it was installed on a date i never even scheduled service. The installers broke the dishwasher and best buy refused to repair or replace the part, so I bought it myself and replaced it. Rescheduled then the techs canceled at 8am day of, no call. According to support the technician claims he came to my house and I told him I didn't want it installed. I honestly have no idea if best buy will ever install it at this point.

I believe that dishwashers perform best with stainless steel interiors. Kitchenaide is one of the few companies who make their machines with stainless interiors. It's a shame all companies don't do this as plastic is a known cause of cancer. Plastic or synthetic lined dishwashers emit dangerous chemicals, they don't wash as well, and they don't dry the dishes at all. My mother used Kitchenaide and this is my third one. I am happy Kitchenaide had a sale so I could afford it.

I was a little hesitant getting the dishwasher installed by someone hired by Best Buy as I have had previous problems with other stores and their service. The two men who came in to install the dishwasher could not have been more professional and friendly. I took their business card for other odd jobs I will have in the future! They were AWESOME!!!

my service with best buy has been a disappointment.we bought our kitchen appliances from them and payed for installation.well the dishwasher was hooked up and the person made sure it ran.well a little while after they left i went to check on the dishwasher and it didn't drain.also had problems with the dryer installation.was told by the installer that they had the wrong flex line and i would have to take it back to the store for a replacement. why am i paying for installation and having to run around for the parts??then when the went to hook up the gas stove the same problem.they brought the wrong fitting and couldn't hook up the stove.have paid another service to fix all of the above issues,will have second thoughts about using best buy for any installation at all.plus i'm still waiting on refunds from all oh the installation fees.
