The dishwasher installer did a great job and explained everything.

The installer knew what he was doing, but he didn't measure before the install, and therefore, had to essentially install the dishwasher twice. He had to pull the new washer back out, remove the 6' cord and reinstall a longer cord (from my old washer). It works, though, so it wasn't a major issue.

Installation was quick and the installers seemed very knowledgable and also removed old dishwasher was very pleased with them

I’ve bought a lot of appliances in my lifetime (from other places, not Best Buy), and I’ve only had average experiences with installers. Usually they come drop it off, hand you paperwork and leave. This was an amazing experience, compared to that. It was obvious Paul knew what he was doing, and he even took the time to go over our dishwasher afterwards. My husband and I were extremely impressed! Honestly, I may never purchase an appliance from anyone else now!

I was so impressed with our salesman who helped us. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to us and helped guide us the the exact dishwasher we would need.

Had best buy install dishwasher, purchased install kit for installation per salesman. Asked install tech if there was any parts not used in installation, If i could have those items. They did not provide any items, and I did not see the kit purchased from best buy. The installation was done properly. Good communication from install company

Geek squad helped with the installation of all my appliances and they are good.

The crew were very professional and there even seemed to be a supervisor overseeing the work, machine was installed level and flush. My complaints are that even with the 3 guys present they left a hose under the sink which is about 6 feet long disrupting any storage under the sink and I would’ve appreciated them asking if I’d like it shortened. I also am in communication with LG as the machines’ dry cycle seems to be disfunctional, not certain whether that has anything to do with the installation or not.

The installation staff, Demarkus and Louis, were very professional, personable, and efficient. Outstanding!!
