my service with best buy has been a disappointment.we bought our kitchen appliances from them and payed for installation.well the dishwasher was hooked up and the person made sure it ran.well a little while after they left i went to check on the dishwasher and it didn't drain.also had problems with the dryer installation.was told by the installer that they had the wrong flex line and i would have to take it back to the store for a replacement. why am i paying for installation and having to run around for the parts??then when the went to hook up the gas stove the same problem.they brought the wrong fitting and couldn't hook up the stove.have paid another service to fix all of the above issues,will have second thoughts about using best buy for any installation at all.plus i'm still waiting on refunds from all oh the installation fees.

They first tried to deliver & install this without any phone calls or advanced notice. Do not know why, because this is standard operating procedure for just about anyone in this business. Anyway, this caused a week+ delay. The second attempt was successfual as there was much better communication.

The Dishwasher was installed quietly and quickly. Also removed the old dishwasher..

We love the new dishwasher. The dishes are spotless everytime and it's so quiet you don't even know it's running.

We purchased appliances from Home Depot a few years ago and had a bunch of problems with installation. We've now had two dishwashers installed by Best Buy (2 different houses) and we'll never use anyone else again. Installation is quick and well done everytime. I trust that Best Buy will do a great job with install as they've done a great job for us with dishwashers, washers, and dryers. Really pleased with this service!

Good overall but was the first time this model was installed so a little time figuring some of the items out.

We weren't sure if we wanted to pay for the installation but glad we did. The men were professional, took the old one out, installed the new one, and didn't leave any packaging for us to dispose of! Great experience!

The installers were very professional in both removing my old dishwasher and installing the new one.
