Their customer service skills were excellent, well mannered and cleaned up afterwards. 5 stars is my rating

The only bad thing was that the valve we had was thebwrong size so that needed to be replaced which was an additional cost.

The man that came was nice enough, but, of course, nothing we already had was right and he had to change it. Our free installation cost us $500 in addition to the price of the dishwasher. OUCH! Wanted to have Best Buy installers do the installation. Would I do it again?????

It took thirty to forty-five minutes to set things up. They reviewed the overall operation of how to run the dishwasher which was very helpful.
