I had a appointment scheduled and got that it was canceled due to the dishwasher not being at the wearhouse. I was told that I had to call to reschedule. When i called to ceck on it they said the store would call me back two days go by and nothing. I go into the store (the day before labor day) everything was there and tell them the delivery guy said he can do it at this time and played the voice-mail. They said someone would call me the next day. Two days go by so i go back to the store and I didnt have an appointment even scheduled. I told the manager that I do not trust him or the company and asked for my microwave because i was told that was the last one. I told him i want them to come inatall everything but just want to take it home. I got a notice that they were going to deliver my washer but they canceled all my warenties on my microwave. They were Lso supposed to scedule someone out to put the bracket on the stove that was not installed which was not done. I called the corporate number and got everything sorted and restored. When they delivered the dishwasher they did put it in nicely as well as the microwave but left a huge mess!

My dishwasher got it installed by Best Buy rep and it went really well except they damaged my wall near steps which I haven't noticed until they are gone.Installation rep was very experienced and handle the installation very well.They need some one experienced to accompany him in carrying washer into the home

The guys were knowledgable about the installation and how to run the dishwasher. Also, they were neat and clean and left no trash behind! They finished the installation quickly and with no fuss, but were obviously (and justifiably) proud of their work. Wish I could know every time we have an installation of a machine it will be done so professionally! Well done Best Buy!

The installers were caution but final product was not perfect. Dishwasher was installed with slight angle to cabinets. It also came with broken door fist time but was fully replaced. Unless you can install yourself, I would use best buy's team.

Did a great job very quick and professional would definitely recommend

First off we have a counter height of 32.05 and this dishwasher fits perfect. Also cleans great and is very quiet.

We love our Samsung dishwasher. It is incredibly quiet and cleans thoroughly with a small amount of detergent.

Installation contractor was smart enough to know he could not install my dishwasher because old connections were, well, old. He did not try, and referred me to a plumber. Cancelling the purchase went easier than I anticipated. Thanks Best Buy.

Professional and timely installation! No complaints.

The installers were punctual on getting to site on time, they were knowledgeable and fast when completing the installation. I’d recommend having Best Buy install your items. Most cases it’s a freee service. They even hauled off old appliance.

This dishwasher makes very little noise. Sometimes I forget that it's even running! I definitely recommend this product!
