The 3rd party vendor Best Buy uses for installation does an excellent job. The two man team of Mr. Ray and Mr. Fudge kept me in the loop the entire step of the way for my dishwasher install.

The installers were professional and did a quick and thorough job. My scheduling experience at the Marlborough, MA store was a nightmare, no one took ownership and store associates were rude,

The crew were very professional and there even seemed to be a supervisor overseeing the work, machine was installed level and flush. My complaints are that even with the 3 guys present they left a hose under the sink which is about 6 feet long disrupting any storage under the sink and I would’ve appreciated them asking if I’d like it shortened. I also am in communication with LG as the machines’ dry cycle seems to be disfunctional, not certain whether that has anything to do with the installation or not.

Overall they did a good job. There has been some minor residue from the polyester wrap which has been noticeable.

I usually do this work myself but didn't have time. They did a great job, arrived on time with constant communication, their work was quick, clean and get friendly. Took away my ancient dishwasher, very careful not to damage anything. That's!!!!

The installer was quick and the whole process was easy. I deducted one star because he turned the unit on while there were still instructions and accessories inside that should have been removed. Overall though, a good experience.

Finding the right appliance takes some research, getting qualified, professional installers takes trust. We are very happy with the installation team, knowledgeable, respectful, professional and on time service. Would not hesitate to use them again.

My tech, Keith Travis, was absolutely by far and away the best technician I have ever had in my home! Not only did he come back to my house three times at my convenience due to pipe replacement errors and then the final install, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and, did everything top notch...
