I love the dishwasher but a little disappointed in the drying cycle. Always seem wet even on best dry cycle. Also, I expected more from the lights. I thought they would stay on or at least manually turn on to show off dishwashing during wash cycle. Still glad i bought it and is a good washer.

The install went in on time and without any hitches

I didn't use the dishwasher immediately after it was installed the first time but when I did, no water was getting into it. I called for service and after waiting on the phone, too long, I finally got an appointment for several weeks later. When they came to see what was wrong it turned out that the water supply hose had a kink in it ... now this tells me that the guys installing it didn't really pay attention when they "tested" the dishwasher. After the 2nd installation I noticed that the dishwasher wasn't pushed into the space as far as it was the first time so I see some of the control buttons, which aren't suppose to show, and it sticks out just enough that crumbs and/or drippings land on the top of the dishwasher. When I received an email about whether or not I was happy with the install, I finally emailed back that I wasn't. I paid too much to have it stick out when it's not suppose to. I didn't hear back so I emailed again with the reply that they couldn't help me but I could contact the resolution dept. Why ask me if I was satisfied, if you aren't going to help me? At least give me the contact info for the resolution dept. I will be going to Best Buy first chance I get to talk to someone. I don't see why I am doing all the leg work for a job not well done.

The service guy did a great job at installing the lines and making sure the dishwasher was working properly.

Disheasher install good but fridge install watch your floors tore my 5 year old floors up.

Product is overall good but Best Buy in Champaign is not properly equipped to sell appliances. I filed a claim with Sedgwick, Best Buy’s insurance company whenever there’s damages to your property and haven’t had a resolution to my issue. They usually hire a 3rd party to do installations and they don’t do the best job.

They were in and out quickly. They did a good job and cleaned up their mess.

Installation went really well. My only suggestion would be for the guys installing it to remove the manuals, cardboard, etc before running the dishwasher to test. Our manual on how to use it is still drying. Otherwise, the convenience of having someone more reliable do it is worth the extra money!

The actual installation was very good. However, it would be nice if the scheduler could be more precise on the slots allowed to the customers. They scheduled me from 7 to 1, when they actually have me from 1 to 4 according to the installer. I could have gone ti work in the morning.

The personnel who installed the dishwasher were excellent. They were obviously highly experienced, quick about their business, were friendly, were diligent to test the installation and verify that it was working, and happy to give me a quick demonstration of the dishwasher after it was installed. Highly recommend.

The installer arrived on time. No messing around. Got the old unit out, took it to his truck and brought the new one in Carefully unpacked and installed. then demo and out of here in less than 40 minutes. Left no mess, Excellent.

Clean install....he called ahead, was willing to chat as he went about the install, and let me know all about the features of the thing, and left a manual as well.

The initial installation date was botched, no show, no call. However I was informed it was due to an irresponsible employee. The independent contracted installers they sent out were very professional and made up for my frustration . As I do understand that the initial instalation date was due to a single bad employee. The men who installed my dishwasher best buy brought over to issaquah all the way from Minneapolis, they were very professional and polite
