This review is 2 stars mostly because the technicians ruined the dishwasher they were removing. We had told our daughter we would give her our dishwasher when we got a new one, but when they removed it, they just cut all of the power lines and the hoses, so the dishwasher was no longer able to be used. Because of the way they cut the hoses and power lines, it was not able to be repaired, so it became a piece of junk. it was a 4 year old Kenmore Elite dishwasher that was in excellent condition. Such a waste. The installation of the new dishwasher however was excellent, and well done.

The installers of my new Bosch dishwasher were both very professional and friendly. They did an excellent job.

Dishwasher was installed by third party, not best buys geek squad. I kept an eye on them, and they did a good job. They missed the initial appointment, that’s why 4 stars, but they rescheduled for next day and followed through.

Team was prompt, called several times on schedule to let us know. Were careful putting in it. Very professional.

Second time was a charm. First time no parts and no contact back to do the install. Then I called and set up an appointment and they tried to change it (third party doing install). Once I got Best Buy re-engaged and they straightened out the installers, everything was excellent, even though it took more than a month for the install to actually happen.

First time was open box defective unit a s per installers statement. Second time the installation team arrogant ,refused to cover the shoes with booties, even though I have.mentioned it's against my religion & tradition to wear shoes in the kitchen. Threatened me do you want to install or not
