The delivery guys installed a dishwasher and stove, even took the old ones. They were courteous and fast.

The installer came in on time and had the new unit installed and the old one removed in what seemed like an hour or less. He stuck around to show me the controls which wasn’t necessary but to folks upgrading from 50 year old units might find it helpful. He was very nice and the process was easily worth the extra money we.

Cruzmen Install really new what they were doing Juan Jr recommended certain small plumbing parts that needed to be replaced so after living here for 38 years i guess it was time and it was done at a very reasonable price they were very knowledgeable of the LG dishwasher and explained in detail on how to use the product

Bless his heart, he had to come 3 times to install. The first one was too tall, the second one didn't work, the third one was installed today. He had to take out my broken one at least only 2 times! He knew right away the first one wouldn't fit so didn't remove mine. He did remove and haul away on the second DW, and again on the third today. Finally hopefully I'm set!! He was always courteous and pleasant!

The installers were friendly and respectful. Fortunately we were the first appointment of the day. The window is initially 12 hours long! 7AM to 7PM! Best Buy needs to do better with that! Narrowed down to 4 hour window the night before.

Dishwasher installation was fine. Make sure you have proper plumbing connections BEFORE installer arrives. Ask Best Buy what connections you have. If you have an older house your connections may not meet current code.

At first I thought it was a bit expensive for the installation but considering they give you free shipping if you get it, it brings the price down. It's also not as easy as you'd think to install one. We learned that the gard way. If you don't have experience with these kinda things your gonna end up just wasting a lot of time so you might as well just get the installation immediately rather than having to end up getting it later anyways like I did.

Great communication regarding installation time and updates. The installers were professional and made sure the dishwasher worked and there were no leaks before leaving. They also had to install an electrical outlet, which was done without any delay.

Whenever professionals show up on time and do the job in a way that it was represented they would do it is quite pleasing. The two gentleman who installed our dishwasher were polite, professional, on time and completely knowledgeable about the product.
