I am very pleased with this product. It does a great job of cleaning and is nice and quiet.

The technicians were courteous and completed the removal and installation within an hour. They arrived within the specified time window and called when they were in route.

I was expected the Geek Squad to come over to install my Bosch dishwasher, but a third party was contracted by BB. The guy kept making excuses why he couldn't install the dishwasher i.e. the water shutoff below the sink was jammed, so we then found the main in the basement but he kept acting like it was wasting time. Finally after putting some pressure on his, he finally completed the job. He then in the end was like "oh, guess it wasn't an issue after all, shutting the main in the basement did the trick." Anyway, he did what he was supposed to but the annoyance was that he was kind of making excuses and kept saying that he needed to call his "manager" to assess what to do. Seriously? I wish BB would just send the geek squad and not third party contractors.

Great job by the installers. I took apart my previous dishwasher in an attempt to fix it. Spent 1-2 hours doing that. Preferred the peace of mind having my new one professionally installed. Job was contracted by Best Buy to Pacific Express Installation. Would gladly have the two guys that came install again.

Sleek design. Extra top shelf for large utensils is helpful. Its quiet but the whole cycle takes a long time.

Super nice and informed person. Unfortunately kick plate was not installed correctly and it bent the front. Another person came back in an was also very knowledgeable, saw the problem and has taken care of it.

Excellent team that installed my dishwasher. Very pleasant, professional and conscientious about cleaning up after themselves. Would highly recommend using their instillation services. They made sure every thing was as it was expected to before they left.

AIG installers Mike and helper were the friendliest, most conscientious installers I have ever seen. They asked if they needed to remove their shoes!!! A tarp was put on my floor from the door to the installation area!!! Mike cleaned up any water and dirt and polished the front of the dishwasher!!!! I praised them both heavily when they left. I have never had such wonderful service!

Mike & J J we’re the best. Very careful, clean and well organized. They were able to remove old dishwasher and install the new one , line it up with cabinets and level it without any problems. The two young men worked well together. Pleasure dealing with such nice and competent gentlemen!

This review is 2 stars mostly because the technicians ruined the dishwasher they were removing. We had told our daughter we would give her our dishwasher when we got a new one, but when they removed it, they just cut all of the power lines and the hoses, so the dishwasher was no longer able to be used. Because of the way they cut the hoses and power lines, it was not able to be repaired, so it became a piece of junk. it was a 4 year old Kenmore Elite dishwasher that was in excellent condition. Such a waste. The installation of the new dishwasher however was excellent, and well done.
