I was very pleased with the dishwasher, however I believe that it may not have been installed properly. I ran it last week and noticed water in my basement.

Install guys, did an ok job routing the hoses and made sure there were no leaks. They lost stars because of not properly bolting down the dishwasher. In the ports where the screws went he use multiple screws and jammed them in there because they were too short to meet with the frame and didn’t say anything all he had to do was just say the screws were not long enough and that he didn’t have any others and I would’ve been more than happy to give him longer screws. It was a pain to get them out without damaging anything for that he lost stars

Robert was timely, communicative, effiecient, neat & clean and knew what he was doing. After Best Buy screwed up our install and haul away scheduling, we were lucky to have a skilled Installer like Robert on the job! If I can I will request him for our oven install

The installers (christopher & his sidekick) deserve 5 stars because they did a fine job, BUT best buy's scheduling process absolutely sucks. We were finally able to get the dishwasher installed a month after purchase because the first 2 appointments were cancelled -- but only after waiting all day for someone to show up. Moreover, it was difficult rescheduling -- even after going back to the store -- apparently because the warehouse, store, installation scheduler and the friendly and kind customer advocate are not on the same page about this process.

The installation of my dishwasher went extremely well. The installer arrived within the stated time frame. He was very efficient and had my Bosch dishwasher installed in less than an hour. That includes removing my old dishwasher. He was very careful not to damage the dishwasher, or the walls when moving it into the house. Overall it was a good experience. Something that is rare these days when it comes to this type of service.

This was installed very quickly with no hitches. The installer was friendly and thorough.

I really like this dishwasher. I like the options for things like overnight drying and half load. Best of all, I know longer feel like I have to practically wash my dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. Shout out to the guys who installed it also. They were very efficient, made sure everything was working before they left and were very nice.
