Julio and Kunta were courteous and knowledgeable in installing my new Bosch dishwasher. Have not used the unit yet so this evaluation was sent much too soon to be meaningful. I plan to purchase a 5 year full parts and labor warranty in the next few days from Best Buy.

These installation person was professional, informative and efficient.

At first I thought it was a bit expensive for the installation but considering they give you free shipping if you get it, it brings the price down. It's also not as easy as you'd think to install one. We learned that the gard way. If you don't have experience with these kinda things your gonna end up just wasting a lot of time so you might as well just get the installation immediately rather than having to end up getting it later anyways like I did.

Professional efficient dishwasher has worked well timely

Installer was polite, professional. Arrived in time-frame given. Did a great job of removing and hauling away othe old and installing the new and cleaned up.

They had a little problem getting out the old dishwasher but no problems installing this new one -

The installers were in and out no issue, maybe a total of 30 minutes.

The machine makes less noise than the old one that we had. The Best Buy installation went smoothly.

They were able to arrive earlier than scheduled and called to verify that we were ready for them. Arrived promptly and were very efficient. Did a great job and were very good at cleaning up after themselves. Friendly and helpful

I really like this dishwasher. I like the options for things like overnight drying and half load. Best of all, I know longer feel like I have to practically wash my dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. Shout out to the guys who installed it also. They were very efficient, made sure everything was working before they left and were very nice.

Cleans very well in 1 hour. I was tired of running my old dishwasher for hours with half the effect. This Product is high quality and energy efficient. Installation service was very efficient and workers were very professional. They did a great job!

First install didn't go so well. Had to replace dishwasher and the 2nd installer did a terrific job.

This was a very intensive install. Was not informed by sales that at time of installation we would need to pay an additional 89.99 because our copper pipe fittings didn't fit on the water supply line that we had. Didn't fit our new dishwasher. It was upsetting but the install team were very wonderful. They tested the machine. Showed us how to use it

Install went well they kept us updated on arrival time and did the install with out any issues. Great job!

My installers, Derek & Randall were absolute experts! My water line and waste line are behind my cabinets before the lines come into the back of the sink cabinet--and the installer was expert in a very difficult install. They were quick, thorough, and explained my new dishwasher to me before leaving. Because of this I would recommend Best Buy on the install all the way!

I love my new appliances and the installers were wonderful and took great pride in their work and ensuring the customer has completely satisfied with the service.

My old dishwasher was carted away and my new one was installed. What can I say other than expectations met!
