The installation team was on time, they worked professionally and there have been no issues with the dishwasher so it was installed correctly.

By all accounts very professional and punctual. Installed our dishwasher quickly but with care, took care of all the hookups, including wiring the junction box to the electrical. Everything was level, clean, and in good operation.

These guys were very professional and did a great job putting in our dishwasher. We had a brand new floor put in and they went beyond care to keep any scratches or damage to happen to the floor. They were done in record time and made sure the dishwasher worked as it should with no leaks.

super quite dishwasher. I have to look at the digital display to make sure it is actually turn on and running. The roller for the racks are silky smooth. I especially like the top rack which I can lay the chopsticks on it. The installation team did everything right! It is flashy against the counter, not like my old dishwasher installed by the builder that was not leveled.

We had our dishwasher installed by the Geek Squad. They did an excellent job. Arrived on time. Quickly removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one. I was given instructions on its operation and all of my questions were answered. I highly recommend Best Buy's Geek Squad.

the installation went well until the dish washer would not work and the installer was going to order another one until I insisted that the water line be checked and that proved to be the problem that I got fixed

The crew did a great job, and we were happy with the installation. They cleaned up, and it was like they were never there except we had a functioning dishwasher that was installed perfectly!

we purchased a dishwasher through bestbuy and also purchased their installation package. the guys delivered the dishwasher parked the truck outside, unpacked everything and carefully brought in the new dishwasher. we kept the old one which was still really good and donated it to a church. the new dishwasher was installed, excellent job, great new dishwasher. five stars

Excellent service, highly professional. They were fast, clean and polite. Our install required some modification to the existing plumbing and they were able to easily accommodate the changes in a very tight space.

The guys came on time and respected our cleanliness requests and took time to get the job done right per our rigorous standards. Actually the probably would have done that on their own!

Steven who installed the dishwasher was spot on. He replaced my old copper line with a new line. He also showed me how every setting worked. He also checked my recently delivered washer/dryer stack and leveled it for me so it wouldn't be so loud. I would recommend Steven and the Best Buy team.

had to have new dishwasher replaced, the second crew came late at night, tired an ready to go home, they did A GREAT JOB, STAYED UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE RIGHT. THEY MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS LEVEL, AND WORKING RIGHT. THESE WHERE GREAT GUYS!!!!!

I received three installs and two uninstalls of my KitchenAid dishwasher— the first two collected water inside the top of the door resulting in the controls not working properly. I had my doubts, but the third time really seems to be the charm! We love it! It seems this particular dishwasher has been subject to some recalls and I got unlucky the first two installs. Each team that installed arrived as scheduled and were professional and accommodating, as were those I spoke to on the phone each time I had to schedule a return and redelivery. So worth the trouble!

Installation was for a new dishwasher, review is for the installation only, not the dishwasher installed which is a different review. The installation job was contracted to a third party, not geek squad, so you results will vary by location. Installer was professional and very courteous. He arrived on time to do the work. Which is extremely rare these days. And completed the job quickly. I would highly recommend his services to others. Word of warning, which isn't given by Best Buy, but should. When purchasing new appliances be absolutely sure all your current hookups are relatively recent, in good shape and can be disconnected. Older appliances might be hard wired (no longer code in many places) and piped directly into plumbing without disconnect. These will incur extra costs for plumbing and electrical work, assuming your installer is qualified otherwise you'll need to hire your local plumber or electrician. Be wary of natural gas appliances as often these have to be connected by licensed plumbers in many areas.

The installers were on time, friendly, and answered all questions. They made sure the dishwasher functioned correctly.
