Install was good and the gentlemen that did it were professional and helpful. Good job!

The installer was very professional, BUT I ended up selling my home (it was going to be torn down) and moving the dishwasher to my new home. When the original installer hooked up the drain line to my garbage disposal, he cut off the end of the universal hose connection. This caused me issues at my new home since the connector would not fit my new garbage disposal. The hose iself is NOT replaceable.

Been a couple of weeks but the gentleman who installed the dishwasher was very professional and efficient. As was the individuals who installed the refrigerator, range and microwave a couple weeks before.

While away for work. My wife had to purchase a new dishwasher. Not being there to install it my self this was a great option. Even took he old one away. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was they couldn't instal the same day it was delivered tying up my wife for 2 days.

This is the fifth appliance purchased from Best Buy that Seth has delivered and installed and, as usual, did a fantastic job! He was respectful, knowledgable, pleasant and efficient. If I could give ten stars, I would.

About the installation. What a fantastic experience! The installer "KYLE" arrived at the exact promised time for the installation of my new dishwasher. He was very professional, very knowledgeable of his job as well as of the product. Kyle was also very conscientious of the cleanliness of the installation. This is the very first time I ever had an installation going so smoothly. Best Buy you are the BEST!

John and his partner did a great job. Arrived ahead of time and completed the install faster than expected. They were very professional and did everything above and beyound me expectations.

Yes, installing your dishwasher is easy until you start to do it and realize its not as simple as it looks and then you have that doubt of whether you have everything secure and wonder if after the first, second or tenth wash disaster will happen. For that reason I leave it to the Best Buy Pros.....no hassle, no worries! They are good and what they do and I am not living in fear, waiting for the unexpected.

The installation for our new dishwasher was easy to schedule and the servicemen were both very nice, neat and quick. I also want to mention that it was a good thing they had an extra hookup kit on their truck. I purchased the dishwasher and kit online and at no point was I reminded to remind the driver or installation guys to make sure they had it...in other words I assumed it would be automatically taken care of. The install guys saved the day!

Installer was very professional and courteous. Knew exactly what to do to install and new Bosch along with the power junction box. I could not be more pleased with how this installation went considering we were not sure it was going to fit into our opening based on the height measurement. Kudos to the installer.

The crew that installed my dishwasher was on time, professional and courteous. They explained what they were doing and answered all my questions. At the end of the install, they also took the time to explain all the features and operational steps of the appliance. Only when I indicated that I had no further questions and understood their instructions, did they leave to install their next job.

Installers were very helpful. They inspected the product throughly and got me an appropriate discount for some cosmetic damage from the factory. Honest and prompt!
