These guys were topnotch. I was so impressed with how fast, east and professional they were. I have built several homes, some of which I'm usually doing these installs myself, never again.

It took 5 months to get my dishwasher installed; however the man that came last was supper, he did a great job.I love my dishwasher.

They did great job installing - I just wish these technicians wouldn't start off with "uh, oh... this might not be easy" or some such - it's like they are assuming there will be a problem - and there was not....

When I purchased my dishwasher I also included installation service. My review is for Justin Fisk who came to install my dishwasher.. Justin was exceptional, polite, very professional. Most important he took his time to do the job right. Justin went above and beyond then I expected.

The window for the installation of our new dishwasher was noon to 6:00 pm. At 6:00 PM, no installer had showed up, no call from the company or Best Buy about a delay. The installer called about 8:00 pm and said he was on his way. Once here he did and excellent job installing the dishwasher. He apologized for being late say his helper didn't show up for work that day.

This is the 2nd Bosch we've owned and we've been very happy with the performance of both dishwashers. The 3rd rack is convenient and makes loading and unloading of utensils very easy. So far all our dishes have come out perfectly clean. We chose this model because we liked many of it's features. The only thing we wish were different: we wish could see a display of the time remaining in the complete cycle, the InfoLight is helpful but . . . . .

Very professional and accurate job of installation of dishwasher. No problems at all

While the installers were nice - having the plumbers helper walking backwards while texting resulted in snapping off a cabinet door (perhaps best not to text and walk). The company hired a finish carpenter to take the door and try to repair it. Appreciated his efforts to glue it back together over a week. It is acceptable, but nothing else offered from installing company or best buy.

The crew that installed all of my appliances (over-the-range-microwave, gas range, dishwasher, and refrigerator) were very friendly, quick, and professional.

The gentleman that arrived were late but were very professional, efficient and accomplished the install/removal of the dishwashers quickly. Normally we would have reduced the rating by one star for being late but their demeanor was exceptional and appreciated.

The installation of my dishwasher went extremely well. The installer arrived within the stated time frame. He was very efficient and had my Bosch dishwasher installed in less than an hour. That includes removing my old dishwasher. He was very careful not to damage the dishwasher, or the walls when moving it into the house. Overall it was a good experience. Something that is rare these days when it comes to this type of service.
