Al from Pacific Express Installation was top notch

He was very efficient & completed the installation quickly. He cleaned up any residual mess & hauled away our old dishwasher. All in all a great experience!

Once we were over that hurdle......all is well. Far improvement from my older Kenmore.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The 2 installers arrived at the appointed time and were helpful in solving a problem getting the new machine in its place due to an issue with a new floor that had been installed after the previous dishwasher was in place. These guys were specialists in installing only dishwashers and over the stove microwaves, so they really knew what they were doing and did it quickly. They also made sure it worked correctly before they left.

Questionable installation

The dishwasher is fine and My loves it. The people sent to install the dishwasher had no uniforms, badges, or paperwork. After working to install the dishwasher for 20 minutes, the gentleman asked to use my bathroom. I questioned this, and against this extending the installation time said yes. The guy blew my bathroom up, didn’t cut a fan on and walked out and left the door open. Before, I could curse him out, my wife had to stop me and I had a disgusting look on my face the entire time he tried to talk to me. This ruined my experience with Best Buy. Should have went with Lowe’s!!!!!

Dishwasher Install

They explained every step and made sure to teach me how to use my new machine. Courteous and professional. How nice to know that my dishwasher was installed by gentlemen who knew the brand and kindly explained the ins and outs.. so that I could successfully use it.

Geek squad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The geek squad showed up on time, removed old dishwasher and gave me time to clean the area. brought in new unit, installed, tested all controls and showed me how shelves adjust, how to add soap and rinse aid, also how to clean food filter in bottom of unit. Then tested unit with soap and rinse aid, sounded good and no leaks. I liked the guy so much I gave him a flashlight from my company.
