Great job in installing the first dishwasher and handling the return of it when it malfunctioned. The Customer Service representative I spoke to helped me through the process of purchasing another dishwasher ( which were in short supply due to Covid -19). The first dishwasher was removed and the new one installed very efficiently.

Give praise where praise is deserved! The installer that came out to install my new dishwasher was nothing short of GREAT! He was super serviceminded, took care of every question and issue I presented. He was very detail oriented in how the installation looked in my kitchen. I have nothing but good to say about the experience. I will not hesitate recommending Best Buy install.

THE INITAL INSTALLATION WAS DONE BY A NEW TECH AND AFTER HE LEFT I WAS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH A POPPING NOISE. HAD TO CALL SALESPERSON/MGR AND HAVE THEM COME BACK TO CHECK INSTALLATION AND THE NEW TECH WHO WAS EXPERIENCED FOUND OUT THAT THE 1ST TECH INSTALLED THE FRONT PIECE INCORRECTLY. HE LEFT 2 PIECES INSTEAD OF JUST USING 1 AND THIS WAS CAUSING THE POPPING SOUND BECAUSE IT WAS THE EXTRA PIECE POPPING BACK AFTER THE DOOR SHUT. HE ALSO CORRECTED THE HEIGHT AND HAD THE DISHWASHER FLUSH TO COUNTERTOP. THANK GOODNESS FOR 2ND TECH.

Cleans very well, easy to load and unload. Drying cycle does not work very well so you have to use the "extra dry" but other than that.....top notch.

Surprised that one guy delivered the new dishwasher, installed it and hauled away the old unit.

I cannot speak about the dishwasher, because it was never delivered. After waiting for 3 weeks on delivery and installation, I had to call Best Buy on delivery day just to have them tell me they rescheduled my install for an additional week. However, they never informed me and if I wouldn’t call them, I would’ve never known. I immediately cancelled everything from Best Buy and purchased a dishwasher (with delivery and installation service) from Home Depot. Needless to say, I will not purchase appliances from Best Buy ever again. Lastly, the total bill from Best Buy was $1,500.00. I got an equivalent dishwasher for a total of less than &1,000.00 from Home Depot.

Installation in Alaska is usually a pain and this was no exception. Not a reflection of best buy but was expected.

Cruzmen Install did the installation of the new dishwasher. I could not be happier with their professionalism, work ethic, and efficiency. It was a very tricky, difficult reinstall that Cruzmen handled perfectly. The two men worked like a well-oiled machine. Thank you Best Buy for scheduling them for my work.
