Excellent install job. Guys very organized. No issues at all

This unit has some unique features that make it efficient and clean to operate. For example - there is a small red light that shines on the floor so you do not accidently open the unit during operation. The other cool feature - there is a 'catch system' inside the washer so when you load the soap it does not spill all over the inside of the unit. The soap collects in a small container and is used rather than wasted.

The installers did an excellent job of carefully installing the dishwasher. Very competent and explained how to operate the dishwater. Did a good job of removing old dishwasher and installing the kit. We were very disappointed that it took nearly two weeks for them to show up.

I wish I could remember their names, Eric and I can't remember the second. They had a little trouble getting the old one out. I'm glad I paid the money to have them do it rather than my husband. Once they got the old one out they slid the new one in, secured it and were gone. It took longer than we thought but they were fine, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Good Job.

They provided professional and fast installation service. They answered all my questions patiently. They gave me a walkthrough of all the cycles and tray adjustments. Keep in mind that the appointment window is half a day. Luckily my appointment was on a weekday so it worked for me. I didn't feel I wasted my weekend waiting for them.

I appreciated the technician’s efficiency and his patience with answering my questions. He let me know about the work he was doing to remove the old dishwasher, which required an extra step. About to start the machine for the first time now. I will review again after I have used it.

Wasted no time installing unit and made happy with installation and know how to work unit

We were told that we had to go to the store to pick up the kit before installation. The crew came with one. It was a waste of our time. They should come with them with the dishwasher. The store manager agreed and said he would look into this.

The delivery was fast and the guys installed quickly and neatly. They observed a drainage issue and rerouted the hose, which is likely why two previous dishwashers died young. I'm very grateful for that extra help. I hope this one lasts a long time.

We had someone install our dishwasher for us through Best Buy. Came on time and installed it quick.
