When it eventually was installed it went well. It took quite awhile, and once was delivered damaged, but it eventually was installed by nice individuals.

Excellent installation team. By far the most professional and courteous team we have had in our home. They were efficient and made sure everything was working. They took every precaution to not do any damage to my home as they brought in the large appliances. I was very impressed.

The crew were great! Ahmed and his partner were extremely patient with us while we had another installer working in the kitchen. They spent time to properly install, which with my old kitchen was not easy. They patiently worked on the dishwasher and made sure everything was working properly. They did a fantastic job.

I purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher and a Dishwasher Install Kit on January 30, 2024, for approximately $500.00. That same day I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator and Refrigerator Install Kit from Chris Larrison, a Best Buy Associate. Initially, the delivery was set for Thursday, February 8th, but due to the 7am to 7pm “window” for delivery, the delivery date was changed to Saturday, February 10th, when my work schedule would not be an issue. The driver delivered the refrigerator and the dishwasher with their respective installation kits but informed me that he was only delivering the appliances because I had not requested that the items be installed. The driver said he had a truck full of appliances to be delivered but not to be installed! He apologized for Best Buy’s handling of appliance sales and installations. I immediately called the Best Buy Geek Squad. The Geek Squad associate informed me that I had to request that an appliance be installed at the time of purchase. I told the associate that that was absurd. I had an installation kit for each appliance, so why would I not want Best Buy to provide installation? The Geek Squad associate said that as a Best Buy “member” I was entitled to free appliance installation. The Geek Squad associate. Fortunately, a building contractor was at my house when the appliances were delivered and was able to connect to the refrigerator so that my food would not spoil. I paid for the refrigerator installation then although I was entitled to free installation because I am a Best Buy “Member” I told the Geek Squad associate that I would have Best Buy install the dishwasher since it was owing to me as a Best Buy Member. The next available installation date was March 8th. On March 8th, a Friday, I waited all day for the installer, but no one showed up. The installer was to have come between noon and 3:00pm. It never happened. A new installation date was made for March 16th, a Saturday. The installer was supposed to have come between noon and 3:00pm, but the installer did not come until 5:00pm. He took an hour to do a lousy job and tricked me into signing a satisfaction statement. On April 6th, the same installer showed up at 3:00pm although I was informed that the window was between 7am and 10:00 am. I asked that the installer who did the lousy job not come to which they agreed, but that did not happen. He acknowledged that he had done a terrible job. What an employee! Not only did he perform the installation poorly, but he was also sloppy leaving a mess under the sink and was indifferent to my house knocking the doorframe with his gurney as he dragged the dishwasher into the house from the garage.

Dishwasher install was great, the first dishwasher we ordered didn't fit (teeny bit too tall) and the installer was really helpful in telling us which models tended to be a teeny bit shorter which helped in picking out a different model. Guy who came to install the 2nd one was great, did an excellent job.

The guys did a great job of bringing in and hooking up our dishwasher. No complaints.

The installer arrived promptly. He installed the dishwasher in a short time. He was friendly and knew what he was doing. He tested the dishwasher to insure that it was working and showed me how to use it. He also explained what dishwasher products to use. I was extremely happy with the installation

The dishwasher was installed in about an hour. All went well, no problems.

We purchased the Whirlpool Dishwasher shortly after moving into our condo. The installation went smoothly with no glitches. The delivery driver and technician were friendly and professional. We could not have asked for better service. We are happy and satisfied.
