I would have given 5 stars were it not for them scratching up the control panel during install. They are going to replace the panel but it will take 3 plus weeks to get it replaced. Other than that the service was on time and courteous and professional.

The installers were great they got everything done and hooked up in a timely manner.

the installers were great. they had this large mat they put in front on floor to protect our floor. it was very quick and professional. we almost cancelled because store told us we had to disconnect the old machine and we werent sure how to do that. we did it right before they came and they told us they were to do that. so loved them, not the store for wrong info andneedless stress.

They did a great job, although I wish I knew in advance that I'd have to pay extra to install an additional outlet for a dishwasher replacement. The guys were on-time, curteous and professional.

The guys that came out to install were great. They communicated well beforehand to let us know when they expected to arrive. They were very polite and respectful of our property. Professionals that got the job done fast, cleaned up, and left.

All went well with installation until installer tried to power up. Dishwasher wouldn't start so thought it was at breaker panel. I just bought home so agreed. Discovered after installer left that dishwasher power is on wall switch.

Install guys were great! Father & son team. They installed our first dishwasher 8 yrs ago and we were happy to see them again for this install. Ben Lewis Home Repair is their company. Highly recommend.

The installers were courteous and seemed to know what they were doing and how to get around the couple of snags they got into. Install prices went up more than expected since my last purchase from BB, but still lower than some other chains.
