The gentleman from Veteran's plumbing not only did a great job but were punctual, professional, polite and pleasant. They explained all the functions of the dishwasher well, cleaned everything up and removed our old dishwasher. Highly recommend them!

Installer was very efficient and friendly. He also gave us the solution for what to do with a 30 year old trash compactor in our kitchen that we never use. We took his advice and bought a 12 inch wine cooler that makes our kitchen look brand new!

The two guys that showed up, on time, were very polite, clearly explained what they were doing, asked permission to do various things during the process and really made it a great experience. Asked me constantly if I had any questions or concerns and showed me how to do basic operations of the new dishwasher along with what to look out for. Really happy with this experience.

The specialty installation of the dishwasher was accomplished over several hours. The installer, not a part of Best Buy, spent time well into the night to make sure everything was done right. When one of the hoses for another appliance was missing during the delivery, the installer returned the following morning to make sure everything was performing to our satisfaction and to complete the appliance installation.

Service install contractor did a good job of updating on the status of their arrival time, I decided after watching videos on YouTube this was a DYI project I could do, called them off, they were kind enough to understand & haul away the old unit as planned

We bought a Bosch dishwasher and once installed it had a funny smell to it. We ran sanitize mode with dishwasher cleaner and it didn't help. So we requested an exchange. The people came over and said we have had a few of these, so they ordered a new one and replaced it. It was a lot quicker then when first bought it. First wait for install was a couple of weeks. The replacement was only a couple of days.

These guys simply rocked it! ON TIME! COURTEOUS! CLEAN... BOTH THEM AND THEIR WORK! Willing to share their knowledge regarding the dishwasher supplies. (both the tabs and the once a month products) One thing that stood out above all, We have animals that are escape artists and explained that on the crew's arrival. They were very proactive about opening the door to retrieve tools and such.
