I got the sun contractor. Was polite but split my cabinet when he drilled into it. I didn’t bother reporting it to Best Buy as they never answer the phone. The people scheduled by Best Buy came to take the old dishwasher away before it had been taken out. They wouldn’t de-install it so I was left with my old appliance. They said they would contact me to rearrange but never bothered. Disappointing

Great installers

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The two Best Buy employees that came out to install or dishwasher were very polite followed all the current safety protocols, removed our old dishwasher and replaced it with our new Bosch one in less than an hour. The were respectful and considerate of our home and us.

Reinstalling dishwasher

Friendly and efficient appliance installation

One member arrived first to remove the old unit, clean and prep for the new one. The second crew member arrived with the dishwasher from our local Best Buy. Total time from start to completion was about 30 minutes. The installers came on time and were good about checking in a day in advance.

Best Buy Total Tech and Installation

And I compared pricing with a minimum of a half dozen retailers. In the end, I was extremely pleased with the service I got.

Terrible service all around

I have the total tech and on top of free delivery I am supposed to get free installation. The delivery company ( a third party ) not even geek squad told me they couldn’t install it! I had to install it myself!

Amazing service

They helped make sure it was done correctly and were so helpful. I had a part missing from the extension kit and they picked up for me. Really a great team. It was the third part company and was great quality!! TJ Fraiser and Twan were the best!
