Oscar and Willie showed up at the early end of the scheduled time (much appreciated) and did an excellent job of removing the old dishwasher and installing the new one. They were both very personable and took the time to both ask about and answer questions we had. I very much appreciated their professionalism and desire to provide excellent customer service.

Dishwasher could not be installed by local store and was referred to Syracuse NY for installation. Took several weeks to get installed but Damien the local installer was on top of installation until completed. He called and kept me informed of status of installation when I thought about cancelling the order. Thanks to Damien for his assistance which was greatly appreciated

Contracted installation through Best Buy at time of purchase. Excellent installation by a helpful professional. Best Buy forced to buy the installation kit that I new was not necessary. Best Buy will not sell installation service without the overpriced kit. As expected it was not used and returned to store. Same thing happened with a set of washer and dryer purchased earlier.

We were replacing a 25 year old dishwasher. There were obstacles. These men were great. They were patient and kind and went way beyond what was expected. The installation was perfect. We’ve had no problems. Thank you for the painless installation.

Superb job, very smooth, answered all my questions, and completed everything in a total of 15 minutes! They made it look so easy! They even went over all my paperwork and care instructions with me! Poor, I was told that the distance from the dishwasher to sink was more than they are allowed to install, hence was not installed. Spouse had to give up his Sunday to complete the job. We are scheduled to get refund of the installation charge that was paid. The gentleman did bring the dishwasher to the kitchen and did haul the old one away, again, we did pay for this service.

I believe that I already sent in a review of the Samsung Dishwasher and the delivery and installation. The two gents who did the installation were knowledgeable and polite.

I got it for a great price. It's pretty quite. very simple. but it is kind of small inside the washer. but I'm okay with it because it's just me. you wouldn't want this one if you had big family.
