The install crew was timely, informed us the day before with a time window, notified us the day of when they were 30 minutes away. The crew was very friendly, knowledgeable did a great job.

Gentlemen called and arrived early (a plus), worked quickly and tidied up nicely when done. Very pleasant and ensured I was happy with the install.

The dishwasher installation went smoothly. The installer was able to work with us. One knob was missing and the installer gave us great advice. The installation was a learning experience. My husband knows how to work with his hands. Overall, better experience than we expected.

Initial team who has installed the dishwasher told that it works fine. But it never turned on. That was a defective item. The second team who installed has done their job perfectly.

The installers removed the old dishwasher, brought in the new machine, and installed it with efficiency and tidied up the installation area.

Nice people did an excellent job installing the dishwasher and gave me instructions on how to use it and answered my questions. They good advice on how to use the dishwasher with other dishwasher detergents. They did everything with a professional and dedicated attitude while wearing their mask.

These guys were amazing! Their attention to detail was impeccable. They did their job and they did it thoroughly all while dealing with my 2 1/2-year-old toddler who wouldn’t stop talking about princesses during Covid! They made sure i was happy for start to finish. 100% would recommend the install.

Best Buy installers where excellent, Yonatan and Daniel were outstanding, courteous and professional. What was terrible was rescheduling the installation because of a plumbing problem which was quickly resolved, the problem was with Best Buy scheduling not the installers who were outstanding.

The installation tech was great, friendly and fast! Even helped me move the old dishwasher into the garage. I would highly recommend the installation services when purchasing appliances from Best Buy
