This is the second Whirlpool dishwasher (first one leaked at top of door and had damage to the top of the door from Best Buy installers) and this one seems to be doing the trick. Time will tell but happy with it thus far.

These guys were terrific! They showed up early and did a very capable job of removing the old washer and setting up the new one. They made zero mess. We were all masked and practicing social distance. They showed up on time and left quickly on completion. Great job. Did I mention they came on Memorial Day?

dishwasher started leaking less than 30 days after the install, which we paid for at the time of the dishwasher purchase. Repairman came out and showed the water connections were barely hand tight; once he tightened them, the leak stopped.

I would recommend this service, saved us a lot of time.

Our installer showed up at the appointed time (we received the promised call ahead of time), quickly uninstalled and removed the old dishwasher and then proceeded to install the new unit. She explained to us what she was doing as she went about her work. We found her very pleasant and enjoyable during her visit. We were very happy with her work and professionalism.

The person who installed my dishwasher did a great job and was in/out very quickly. I recommend getting the BB Total Tech membership; They will deliver and haul off your old dishwasher for free in addition to the extended warranty perks of the membership.

Very quiet and I don't feel the heat when it is drying like my old one.

The install crew is pleasant and very professional. Removal and installation was quicker than my teeth cleaning. They also gave me a lot of information regarding the appliance and the geek squad protection I purchased. They even ask me for a vacuum to clean up the area. Everything was good.

The men who installed our dishwasher were fantastic!! Very personable and friendly and did a wonderful job on the installation! They even checked to see if we had to pay extra for the installation of a 110 watt hookup. They are a real impressive part of your company!!

Dishwasher still doesn't drain properly. They broke a pipe, told us if we replaced that, it would work. Still didn’t work. They came back and exchanged it. The dishwasher still doesn’t drain unless we remove the hose.

My dishwasher as dented inside from the installation, It was a pipe sticking out in back and the dishwasher could not be pushed all the way in to fit right.

They were fast and efficient and did their job with no issues.
