Best Buy installers where excellent, Yonatan and Daniel were outstanding, courteous and professional. What was terrible was rescheduling the installation because of a plumbing problem which was quickly resolved, the problem was with Best Buy scheduling not the installers who were outstanding.

Nice people did an excellent job installing the dishwasher and gave me instructions on how to use it and answered my questions. They good advice on how to use the dishwasher with other dishwasher detergents. They did everything with a professional and dedicated attitude while wearing their mask.

Contracted installation through Best Buy at time of purchase. Excellent installation by a helpful professional. Best Buy forced to buy the installation kit that I new was not necessary. Best Buy will not sell installation service without the overpriced kit. As expected it was not used and returned to store. Same thing happened with a set of washer and dryer purchased earlier.

These guys were amazing! Their attention to detail was impeccable. They did their job and they did it thoroughly all while dealing with my 2 1/2-year-old toddler who wouldn’t stop talking about princesses during Covid! They made sure i was happy for start to finish. 100% would recommend the install.

Best Buy hires subcontractors to do dishwasher installations. These guys did a great job, took their time but still didn't take long and they pointed out every little detail (dishwasher was level but top of counter didn't line up exactly, electrical was done wrong on previous dishwasher, why the drain line needs to be raised, etc.). They did excellent work!

The install crew is pleasant and very professional. Removal and installation was quicker than my teeth cleaning. They also gave me a lot of information regarding the appliance and the geek squad protection I purchased. They even ask me for a vacuum to clean up the area. Everything was good.

The installers were timely and professional. There was a problem that the installers had repaired and replaced at no extra charge to us. A valve was damaged when the installer turned it off , but they made it good ! These particular installers made an aggravating issue a non-issue by their professionalism ! Very pleased with this install and highly recommend .
