Highly recommend the install of the dishwasher, everything turned out marvelous.

The guys that installed my dishwasher were great! Super diligent and conscientious which instilled confidence. They arrived on time, made sure the washer worked after install, and hauled away the box and packing. It was well worth the money!

The installer was very efficient and quick. He bought the new dishwasher in with little effort and removed the old one and hauled it away. Later that day some other people came to haul it away but that was already done.

It was easy to schedule the appointment at a convenient time. The technicians called the day before to confirm and the following morning to let me know they were coming. They were on time and installed the dishwasher in a short period of time. The were informative and professional. I would use the "Best Buy" services again should the need arise.

This gentleman was the best person I have ever met to represent Bestbuy. He consonantly kept us updated with his progress and approximately when he would arrive. Weather caused a huge delay for him, but he arrived outside the time window scheduled. He worked very late to complete the job. He did not leave until we were thoroughly satisfied.

Installations people were great. Clean, polite. No problems.

They delivered our dishwasher, but they told us we needed an extension hose because of location. We understood the problem. They told us the would be back the following Monday (1 week). However, they never showed back up. Come to find out, it was all miscommunication problems…mostly on their end. It took almost a month for them to get back to install our dishwasher. We loved the guys who did the work, but Best Buy needs to work on communication with their installation teams.

I got it for a great price. It's pretty quite. very simple. but it is kind of small inside the washer. but I'm okay with it because it's just me. you wouldn't want this one if you had big family.
