Great installer experience!

Super diligent and conscientious which instilled confidence. They arrived on time, made sure the washer worked after install, and hauled away the box and packing. It was well worth the money!

Terrible service all around

I have the total tech and on top of free delivery I am supposed to get free installation. The delivery company ( a third party ) not even geek squad told me they couldn’t install it! I had to install it myself!

Highly recommend !

He explained every step of the installation, patiently answered questions and assured me that he would return if I had problems. In addition, delivery of the dishwasher was on time and the installer and assistants were efficient.

Don't like the fact that there is tremendous moisture on the back wall of the dishwasher after the cycle and water standing on the cups.

Not as quiet as kitchen aide I purchased two years ago for another house but cleans great without finding. Best Buy install was spot on as usual.
