Very quiet and I don't feel the heat when it is drying like my old one.

Date and time of installation did not happen when we were told. After installer called another time was set up. No issues with that one.

Installer was very professional and courteous. He was also very knowledgable.

Good job and was knowledgeable. The installation was fast.

The installation itself was great, only one drawback was the installer accidentally cut the wall plug of my waste disposal. As of 7/9/22, I still have no resolution. I’ve been contacted by the insurance company and I’m still waiting.

I would have rated higher but the third party installer was rude. Before arriving, he demanded I showed proof of "haul away" of the old washer even though it was on the work ticket. What ended up happening, when they delivered the new washer, the third party installer marked the "haul away" complete even though it wasn't. He came in and upon inspecting the new washer, he was saying it was missing parts and that it wasn't going to fit (even though I measured and saw the "new" washer had adjustable feet.) He made us buy additional parts, not an issue, but he made it out like he was doing is a "favor." He also stated he had to do "extra" to get the old washer out and that he "could've charged" an extra $100 but he didn't because he did us a "favor." Other than the excess stress/drama, the installation itself was fine.

They did a very good job with installation. Very professional.

The dishwasher was installed and seems to work correctly. The company that came out to install charged me $48 for some miscellaneous part. The same company was supposed to come out and install the oven that day and it was a disaster on the oven front. But Best Buy made everything right (and gave me a gift card to reimburse me for the part). I appreciate that they followed through on the customer service from their end and hope they don’t use that install contractor in the future.

Installation crew was professional and did an excellent job.

The installer did a great job. I have no complaints about his work. I just wish he would have walked me through how to use my new dishwasher. Not that it's that complicated - but a brief demonstration would have been nice.

I guess the parts are fine when they installed them everything works fine

Like the way the dishes are cleaned. Don't like the fact that there is tremendous moisture on the back wall of the dishwasher after the cycle and water standing on the cups.

It is a good dishwasher that gets things clean and is relatively quiet.

Had a Bosch dishwasher in past - it was great! We've relocated & needed new dishwasher - we knew we wanted Bosch again! Thus far, this one runs quietly & cleans well; however, the bottom rack (for dishware and silverware) CONSISTENTILY comes off the track no matter how you load it. (This causes items to shift & if almost fully loaded, it can be too heavy/awkward to put back on without unloading). Surprised and extremely disappointed that Bosch would sell such an awful design!! Not looking forward to years of using this Bosch...

The install checked all the boxes. He gave us a heads up as to when he would arrive and came at the time he indicated. He was fast and efficient. He cleaned up and left the kitchen in great shape. GREAT JOB

So far it s fine...no complaint so far............
