Team did a great job and were prepared to be careful of my wood floor and cabinets. Only concern: at the end of the installation there was a part left over that the Ins red alley could not explain. I am wondering if in the future I am going to find out it was important to the dishwasher operation.

My installer was Rob and he was very good at what he does. He was also very careful of my flooring and cabinets. I had new shut off valves installed prior to this install.. Thinking that one should start with all new water supply. I would recommend that before the dishwasher arrives. Rob was on time, professional and courteous.. No problems at all for the installation.

The gentleman who installed my new dishwasher did a very efficient, clean job. I was thrilled he could install the dishwasher, when an installer previously said it wouldn’t fit.

Geek Squad installation team was on time, courteous and got right to work on installation. There were 2 installers both very fast and clean throughout the installation. The lead even pointed out a flaw in my plumbing which could obstruct dishwasher from draining and told me how to fix and where best to purchase the piece needed. Great Job Geek Squad.

Forgot the name of the tech, but he was professional and really good at calling ahead and giving an accurate window for delivery, so I didn't have to wait around all day. When he got there he took out the old washer and installed the new one, tested it and cleaned everything up. Took less than an hour. Pretty good service for free installation!

Workers notified us the time of arrival, performed installation professionally and courteously. Allowed us to clean normally inaccessible areas before final set up.

Dishwasher was installed by a local company that contracts with Best Buy for this work. They were great -- called several times to confirm scheduled appointment, the young guy who did the work was nice and personable and gave a good "how to use your dishwasher 101" when he was done with the hookup. He checked his work carefully, and he kept everything very clean.

We had a good experience and the dishwasher works great.

Install went smoothly; the delivery team was in and out within an hour.

My installer was very competent, efficient, and pleasant. He took care to make sure the dishwasher was perfectly centered and placed in a space that was a bit spacious. He also took the time to show me how to operate the dishwasher and its special features.
