Technician was on time, knowledgeable and the installation was trouble free.

Upon installation, we had a piece of the underlayment crack off 1 day after install. After review, we had found out that our service technician responsible for installing our unit was aware of the fact that the unit had a crack already in it and STILL PROCEEDED TO INSTALL THE UNIT WITHOUT NOTIFICATION TO US, THE BUYERS!! After, having him come back to inspect the unit, he informed us that he would call us back to schedule a repair. 17 days went by and I heard nothing. Then I called back to see what the status of the repair/replacement was and I was told that the 15 days had passed in order to have any repair/replacement completed. I was beyond upset and more frustrated that my brand new unit was already cracked and I was told nothing could be done at this point. After being loyal for so many years to Best Buy, this incident made me consider purchasing anything further in the future.

After removing old dishwasher, it revealed wet floor underneath. Installers recommended giving it a few days to dry out - rescheduled for the installation and they came back at no additional charge. Did a nice job of protecting wooden flooring. This was on a free installation promo so was definitely a great value!

Two installers came to the house to install the dishwasher. They were quick and did an excellent job. I was allowed to clean under the old dishwasher after they removed it from the house. They left no mess and explained and how the dishwasher operated.

Dalton did an excellent, professional installation. He kept in contact regarding his arrival time and quickly and efficiently installed the new dishwasher. I often purchase from Best Buy because of the excellence of Geek Squad installers like Dalton.

It is a very quite and smooth looking. Like that the controls are on the top.

The schedule extended out for a month. Which I was told it should only take 1-2 weeks max.

The gentlemen who came to install our dishwasher were ultra professional. They took area photos before the install to ensure that everything looked the same way when they left. They were quick, efficient and very friendly. They wore the proper PPE and did an excellent job!

Installers were on time. Very cordial. Explained the procedure and executed it effortlessly. Left the work area clean, good house keeping. Tested work for leaks and explained machine operating procedure, care and maintenance. Left contact information for concerns and any repairs that might come up. Took about forty minutes from start to finish.

My installer was very competent, efficient, and pleasant. He took care to make sure the dishwasher was perfectly centered and placed in a space that was a bit spacious. He also took the time to show me how to operate the dishwasher and its special features.

They took out the poorly installed dishw asher and installed a new one properly,courtiously, and efficiently. They turned around my nightmare experience with the original folkwho bothed the h Job and made me a believer in your service again.

The guys showed up on time the were professional and install was clean and fast. After installation they showed me how to work my appliance and gave me warranty information.
