The installer was very effecient and seemed to know what he was doing. It went smoothly and he was very friendly. He cleaned up after himself. He also went through the details of using it and how to empty the food cup at the bottom. I would recommend this gentleman to anyone

The delivery and installation was great. I was constantly kept up to date on the time of the appointment and then the driver called to say he was 30 minutes away. They arrived on time and installed the dishwasher quickly and walked me thru the operation and it has been running fine since.

The installer was 3rd party, but did a great job. They were a little too 'Hurried' but the install was done well. I appreciated that I did not have to do it - this was a nice feature of the Total Tech service.

Installer got the job done quickly and cleanly. We had reminder calls and texts for the appointment. The installer did a final call when they were on the way to our house. They were careful carrying in and hauling away and were properly masked up and respectful of distancing.

The installers did an excellent job. They did all the work installing the dishwasher because I didn’t have one previously. I’m very happy with the results.

We were offered a free install with this Kitchen Aid dishwasher. The company was outsourced by Best Buy and did an excellent job. They gave us an approximate time of arrival and called when they were about 30 minutes away. The service guy was professional and polite and answered all our questions. He even gave us some tips which have proven to be helpful.

The installers did a good job connecting my dishwasher.

I BOUGHT A bOSCH DISHWASHER AND THE SQUAD INSTALLATION WAS PERFECT

The company hired to do the installation was on time and professional. Since this was a dishwasher install there was some water spilling expected when replacing the lines; the installers cleaned up any water and made sure everything was dry. Dishwasher was installed correctly and new lines were routed professionally and out of the way under the sink. Overall very pleased.

From the first second the installer walked in the door I sensed he didn't want to do the installation. He first looked under the sink and asked where's the water connection. We can only connect if the water is under the sink. I said it's right here, much closer than the sink and has a shutoff valve with the standard supply connection, the sink is 4 feet away, this is actually much closer. He's saying no we're not allowed to connect it unless the supply is under the sink. "but this is easier and closer" "doesn't matter" So I took the 30 minutes and did the install myself. I felt ripped off because the Best Buy total tech was supposed to cover this for free. In addition I assume I was supposed to sign something to acknowledge I received a dishwasher but nothing he flew out the door, probably forged my signature. I think he knew I would write NO INSTALL and that might raise eyebrows. The dishwasher works great and the install was easy, just didn't get my free total tech install.

Installed was great but they only gave him one size house which of course did not fit my fittings so I had to buy another one. Could not complete install

Had to realign to center in opening, installer took the easy way out.

Best Buy service installed my new dish washer. They did a great job.

Could not be more pleased with the installation by Best Buy. The installers were capable, knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I will always look to purchase appliances from Best Buy first because of the quality of their installation services.
