The install of our dishwasher by the Best Buy service team was so easy and clean. They worked with me on our install date by being very flexible and understanding of my schedule.

The installer was on-time and professional. Best Buy contracted with a 3rd party firm. The installer worked alone. He removed the old dishwasher and installed the new. Perfect installation the first time.

This was a call back as the first technician did not properly install the dishwasher. Not enamored with the dishwasher. Is not cleaning the dishes as advertised!

Forgot the name of the tech, but he was professional and really good at calling ahead and giving an accurate window for delivery, so I didn't have to wait around all day. When he got there he took out the old washer and installed the new one, tested it and cleaned everything up. Took less than an hour. Pretty good service for free installation!

Geek Squad installation team was on time, courteous and got right to work on installation. There were 2 installers both very fast and clean throughout the installation. The lead even pointed out a flaw in my plumbing which could obstruct dishwasher from draining and told me how to fix and where best to purchase the piece needed. Great Job Geek Squad.

Great and fast job of unpacking and putting in dishwasher

I never could have done this myself. The opening was tight. Nevertheless I was disappointed that after arrival I was asked to pay an extra $100 cash as they needed to obtain more tools for the installation. I had recently moved to Vermont and did not have access to that much cash. It would have been better to write a check or use a credit card for this additional expense. Further, I did not think to ask for a receipt for the extra cash needed for the needed tool. They did offer to come back another day, but it would have been over a week. The actual work was satisfactory.

The two guys who came were professional and efficient. They very carefully removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one. We paid them extra to replace the drain hose into the garbage disposal because our dishwasher was 15 years old - lots of gunk accumulates after that long!

We had an installation issue with our dishwasher. BB sent out a 3rd party vendor that broke the dishwasher. I went into the store and the GM made the situation right. Would recommend.

Arrived on time, super friendly and very helpful answering questions. I considered doing the install myself, but read some comments that this model can be a little tricky to get level, etc. Very glad I had geek squad do it instead. The installer and I agreed -- it took him 2 hours, but would have taken me at least half a day (with probably some frustration too)

The change out was very straight forward and done well.

Installers were great!! DW is extemely quiet. Dishes shiny clean!

Installer hired by BestBuy (at Your Service) was great. I was concerned that my old dishwasher was hard-wired and the best buy customer service told me the new style is to use an outlet and a plug, but they were able to install it the old way so I didnt need an electrician too, and refunded me the plug corg part. Thanks for excellent service.

My son was very pleased with his new headphones, Great fit over his ears.
