Our first dishwasher was defective so we actually had installed twice. Both crews were quick and professional.

We first ordered our dishwasher at the end of April. We had to wait till 8 May to get it installed. The people that came to install it were not able to do it correctly. So I had to call every single person. I spoke to didn’t know what the heck was going on would say things just to save face and nothing was resolved. So when I finally was able to speak to somebody locally and not in another country, I thought oh great things will happen. I was supposed to get a new replacement of the new dishwasher. So after more time goes by another appointment set, I get the call and the plumber says no I don’t have a dishwasher with me. So that one had to be canceled. And more miscommunication between the local Best Buy and the foreigners. Then I get a call that the dishwasher is out of stock. No word on when it will be back. Then finally it came in and was able to set up another time. So, the other plumbers they sent were definitely knowledgeable in setting it up with no problems. That finally happened on June 8. It runs perfect. Furthermore, we have called many times to get some kind of discount because of a two month wait that shouldn’t have happened in the first place with poor 1st installers and the company’s miscommunication with their call centers. We were given an email to contact someone to speak with, and I attempted twice to contact This person through that email about what I would expect from this long, stressful wait and nobody got back to me. So after years of several large appliance purchases we are basically treated like garbage. I will go elsewhere next time.

I wish I was here for the installation of my dishwasher just to see what happened during the install. I'm not saying that anything bad transpired I'm just saying the the story was quite entertaining. I asked the installers to do something that they did not have to. And they actually did it however in order to install a dishwasher there are a couple things you should know like where the water shut-off valves are and to remove the plastic piece that you push out in your garbage disposal in order to attach the dishwasher to it. Now from what I understand our installer was training somebody else. Well kudos to you that you are the most qualified to teach however the second part to teaching is following through. Besides that I couldn't be happier with new dishwasher and the installation. Thank you very much

There's been a lot of reviews concerning the dishwasher leaking voltage. My new Bosch did this. The problem is that the electrical box on the dishwasher is made of plastic. Thus the typical electrical coil cannot ground to it. A separate wire must be wrapped around the coil and plugged into the ground bolt inside plastic box. Otherwise the dishwasher is great and quiet.

Love the dishwasher, was a little surprised so far at some of the ratings, mine works nicely and is really quiet. I like the way it opens before the last 10 mins of the cycle for better drying. The delivery and installation was timely and they guys were polite and cleaned up after themselves. I had forgotten to take out the stuff under the sink, but they graciously said no problem, and neatly stacked my stuff up on the counter. My only complaint with the installation was, after they did a quick rinse to make sure everything was working, somehow a pipe/hose was night totally tightened. I ran some water in my sink a few hours later and turned my disposal on for 10 seconds, when I noticed some water under my sink. They had loosened something and not secured it. Luckily I am pretty handy and found a new washer, tightened the ring above the P-trap up and everything seems to running ok.

The installers did a great job. On time for the installation and completed the job in about 45 minutes. Courteous and knowledgeable of the product.

The two gents that came out for this service were very polite, prompt and exceptionally quick at their work. One of them was a trainee and the Sr. tech took his time making sure that the "new guy" understood not only how the install took place, but why it was done in that order. Well done by both and they finished a full kitchen install in less than 3 hours with removal.

Purchased a new Bosch dishwasher for our new home and what a difference it has made . It is so quiet that you have to check to make sure it is on. It comes with three racks for total convenience. Really glad we made this purchase

Jorge and Carlos installed my built in dishwasher. They were so meticulous and made sure it was perfect, down to the last detail before they were done. Now I have a gorgeous dishwasher that was installed properly with no leaks and it looks great, to say the least. I absolutely love Best Buy's installation crew and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone.

The person who eventually came to install my dishwasher did a wonderful job and was kind, made provision for the dishwasher pan I had purchased and cared about the quality of his work. The communication between Best Buy/installation company and me was poor. I made arrangements to get my dishwasher on a certain day, reminded several times via phone, waited all day, and was never notified that the dishwasher wasn't available at the warehouse. When I finally called them that evening to see what had happened I was told of the problem and had to reschedule for a few days later. It was during the holiday time and things slip through the cracks but that was my experience. I will use Best Buy again and am sure it was just something that got missed in the busy time.

The repair technician was great -- he ran very late bc of very complicated installs he had before, and he said that the complexities were not communicated until he arrived to install, so this is an area to improve communication with your installers. He was smart, helpful, courteous, but he must have been exhausted.

Installer arrived on schedule, was friendly, polite and masked. Had the old machine out and replaced with new in under 45 minutes. O problems encountered or follow up needed. All in all N excellent experience. This installer was excellent!

This dishwasher is very quiet and works very efficiently. I especially like the third drawer at the top of the dishwasher for long utensils. Our previous dishwasher did not have that and the long utensils made it difficult to make full use of the space. Now, with the long utensils out of the way, there is nore room in the dishwasher for other items.

This review is for a new dishwasher delivery, installation and removal of the old dishwasher. The 2 delivery guys let us know when they were going to arrive, were prompt and very efficient during the install. They tested the dishwasher to ensure there weren't any leaks post-install. They clearly knew what they were doing. We were very satisfied with their service.

Team was fast efficient and friendly, showed us exactly how to use our new dishwasher, highly recommended.
