The installers were very professional and experienced. They used and appropriate protection for the hardwood floor in the kitchen and as a result we had no complaints about their work. They tested the installation to assure its workability, and it worked as advertised when we made our first use.

These guys did a great job installing the dishwasher. They were friendly and professional. Twenty years ago I'd have installed it myself, but I've learned not to waste my time on these types of things.

They delivered it well packaged. Were unable to complete install but was friendly.

My husband and I asked a lot of questions about the installation(it was part of the price of dishwasher...not extra). Our Best Buy store was using a new party for installations. Our installer called before he arrived; had all equipment that was needed and just did a great job installing and showing the features.

Two very nice installation technicians came on time and were very friendly, courteous, and installed my dishwasher without issues. They were very careful to wear covers on their shoes, put pads on the floor, and cover the outgoing and incoming dishwashers, so everything stayed clean and protected. Thank you Best Buy!

We purchased delivery/install/removal when we bought our new dish washer. It saved us the hassle of dealing with it ourselves. The installer was polite and professional. It took about an hour from start to finish. I highly recommend this option. (Best Buy should look into local installers... Ours drives up from south Florida each week to work this area!!!)

Excellent experience all around. they called a week in advance, then a day in advance to confirm. Then again, to provide an ETA well within the time window I was given. 2 professional, clean and efficient guys finished the job without a hitch. Installed the new appliance and hauled away the old one in record time.

Our installation was free in a store promotion. Everything was correct in the end but with problems on the way. Thus the 2 stars/Fair rating but still Recommending it. The installers were contractors, not Best Buy employees. This was the case with every retailer we contacted. Some retailers said they had long-term relationships with a particular contractor, which perhaps would result in more consistent quality. This was the replacement installation after the first unit was damaged cosmetically during its installation. This crew was less conscientious. We had to point out that they did not initially route the drain hose out the correct side of the unit and did not install it with the required 33" above the floor rise between the unit and our plumbing drain (sink disposal inlet). They corrected these. They re-used the hot water and electrical connections from the first install so these were not an issue. They carefully avoided scratching anything. General advice: - Visit the manufacturer's website, download the installation instructions, and review them before the installers show up. Be prepared to inspect their work as they proceed and ask about anything that looks wrong. You don't want to sign off on an incorrect installation and possibly void the manufacturer's warranty. - Inspect the unit carefully for damage before the installers start. Look from high, low, and both sides, because scratches near the floor may not be evident when viewed from above. Take pictures to document its presumably pristine initial condition.

I could never install this myself & did great job.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job installing my dishwasher. Lewis Hohman called earlier in the day to see if he could install the dishwasher sooner than the assigned time between 12pm and 4pm. He arrived around 10:30am. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about giving instructions and tips on using dishwasher.
