Two men came one installed while the other took the old dishwasher outside. They were both professional and polite. We would always have things installed from any big product we buy.

Very professional but had a minor issue

However, after they left, I noticed that the dishwasher baseboard had not been installed correctly. I called them and they agreed to come back to adjust it.

He took measures to make ire that none of our cabinets or floors were damaged during the install process. It was a quick process the installer was only in our house for about 40 minutes and the we were good to go.

On time and professional

They were not only on time, but at the very beginning of the delivery window! When they got there they were very efficient, professional, extremely careful not to damage anything, and very thorough in completing their jobs! Highly recommended!

Maybe consider if you can do it

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Paid for this installation as part of the Geek Squad 2 year extended warranty deal...really wanted it so they would take the old dishwasher away, really takes away from the ability to get a better dishwasher by the time you pay for install, removal and parts, could / would go to an appliance store where that stuff is all included...not sure BB has a good business model here.

Clean operation to install and remove the previous system. Operatos were professional and cleaned up after install.

poor install
