The first person found the valve was bad to connect it. This im sure helped us from having problem later. When valve was fixed, a different person came to install. He was super, too! Excellent work and very polite!

The installer was great! We needed the kit purchased and they send out installers that mainly install the same type items. This installer did dishwashers more than 75% of the time. So... when he hit a problem he knew how to handle it correctly. Cleaned up after himself and even wiped up the floor to get all the stray pieces. Very nice too!

This kit worked great with our new Bosch dishwasher. Easy to install.

Hands down the worst customer service of my life! Ordered on cyber Monday for delivery and installation that Friday. Stayed home from work to be there and they never showed - they cancelled and didn’t notify me. 2 hours on the phone with Best Buy later and I reschedule for the following Friday. Friday morning, I get a notification that delivery is now scheduled for Saturday, but installation is still Friday. That’s right - installation is now BEFORE delivery even though I ordered them together and you can’t install something that hasn’t been delivered! 2 more hours on the phone with Best Buy and they reschedule for the following Wednesday - 12 days after original installation was scheduled. Wednesday comes and they show up, but the machine doesn’t work and they have to take it back and replace it. They also didn’t bring everything that’s supposed to come with it. A couple hours later, at 9:30pm, I miss a call and get a voicemail saying I need to reschedule the new installation. I call back in 3 minutes and there’s no record that it wasn’t installed and am told I have to call them back at some point in the future to reschedule. The next day I call back and after another hour, have it scheduled for the following week. They also notice my address isn’t the same as in my profile, so they offer to update it. I take it thinking, “what could possibly go wrong?” The following monday (17 days after original schedule) it’s scheduled again for delivery and I get a call at 6pm, an hour after the window, that they’re at my address and it’s a hospital. THE BEST BUY PERSON UPDATED MY ADDRESS TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!!! Literally making up new ways to screw things up! At this point I ask to cancel the order and am told I HAVE TO CALL THEM back to do that once their system updates. I pushback that that should be their job and am promised they’ll do it. 2 days later after not hearing from them, I call back and they allow me to cancel and get a refund. But it’s not over! 5 days later, I look at my credit card and they refunded the dishwasher but not the $250 installation! I called back again and finally got the full refund. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Every call starts with an ask of my phone number so they can call me back and not once was I called back! I was transferred multiple times to lines that didn’t work or, in one case, internal IT support for Best Buy! I was told I’d get a peace offering after installation was finished based on how bad the process was for me as if I’m supposed to A) believe them or B) be happy that they’ll give me some undetermined future credit off a future purchase. This week, I called a small, local provider and they came and installed it in 48 hours with no issues. I’ll never buy an appliance from Best Buy again.

I hesitate to give 5 stars. While the installer was nice and took the time to inform us of the features and basic use. There have been issues in the past. Which were resolved. For now I reserve the 5th star.

HAD DISHWASHER, RANGE AND MICROWAVE INSTALLED AT ONE VISIT. MICROWAVE AND RANGE WENT FLAWLESS. NOT SO GOOD WITH DISHWASHER, TOP OF THE DOOR WAS DENTED DUE TO INSTALLER NOT SCREWING IN THE RETAINING SCREWS DEEP ENOUGH AND DOOR HIT SCREWS WHEN HE CLOSED IT. HE HAD TO TRY / BROKE OFF 5 OR MORE SCREWS TRYING TO INSTALL RETAINERS TO FRONT TOP OF DISHWASHER, DID NOT REMOVE ALL THE BROKEN SCREWS FROM THE INSIDE OF THE DISHWASHER. NEITHER THE INSTALLER OR I NOTICED THE BROKEN(HOLE) IN THE SOAP DISPENSER INSIDE THE DISHWASHER. DISHWASHER NOT SET DEEP ENOUGH INTO SPACE BY ABOUT A HALF INCH. DOES NOT LOOK RIGHT

All of the this is included with total tech, and the price is far less than paying for the install. Especially if, like us, you are getting multiple appliances.

The installers were careful in removing the old dishwasher and installing the new one. They had to do a couple of work-around to hook it up; these they did with ingenuity and care, explaining the process along the way.

The delivery is on time, right at the beginning of the window we were given. Two guys came. They install quickly, then clean up. The dishwasher runs well, we did not have any issues. The main guy is very courteous and works hard.
