Good 2 installers found fault in connect box of hardwire powercord and replaced. Not straight when screwed in the side braces but we can correct.

Great communication once we finally received a delivery/install date - our 4th!! Not the fault of the installers that came today. These guys were friendly, polite and great communication!! Thanks!

Very professional and did a great job installing our dishwasher

The installer was friendly and did a good job removing our two appliances and bringing in the two replacements. But, even though our existing dishwasher had been installed a few years earlier without any problem, he said the turn-off valve had to be moved. A few weeks after it had been installed, I noticed water leaking under the sink. At first I tried to call the installation company. But after being on hold for several minutes concluded that he would say he did nothing to the sink and called our plumber to come back. If we ever replace another dishwasher, we will call our own installer.

Paid $70 for “professional” installation? 2 weeks after install our dishwasher quit working. Called geek squad to schedule a repair. A week later when repair time comes, I get a call stating they scheduled the home theatre team and now the soonest they could come back out was another week. After being without a dishwasher I decided to see if I could fix it myself. Dishwasher wasn’t broke at all! The drain hose was backed up from being stuffed, kinked, and ran incorrectly from the dishwasher to the disposal. Not to mention the mess of cut wires plugs and connectors from the old dishwasher they chose to just leave stuffed behind the new one. Just not a real good experience. Honestly this is the 1st time in a long time that I have had this bad of an experience. As much money as my family spends at Best Buy, I never thought it would be here.

I felt the installers were very helpful. They agreed with me that the repair costs were more than practical for doing so and I made a conscious and good decision that buying a new dishwasher was a good idea. They were helpful in that they knew the dishwashers that had few repair calls on them. I liked their helpfulness.

This is the second appliance this guy has installed for us and he is top notch. Always lets us know what he is doing, asks for permission if any alterations are needed, and recommends how he would have his own appliances installed. He also gives us multiple ways of contacting him in case we need something or have a questions.

The installation of a dishwasher was handled well. Communication at all times was excellent. There were several glitches with delivery and installation (beyond Best Buy’s control) that delayed installation, but it all was managed in a professional and courteous manner.
