The installers were careful in removing the old dishwasher and installing the new one. They had to do a couple of work-around to hook it up; these they did with ingenuity and care, explaining the process along the way.

Paid for this installation as part of the Geek Squad 2 year extended warranty deal...really wanted it so they would take the old dishwasher away, really takes away from the ability to get a better dishwasher by the time you pay for install, removal and parts, could / would go to an appliance store where that stuff is all included...not sure BB has a good business model here.

The installation of our new Bosch dishwasher was very good. The installers were professional, thorough, and took time to explain the dishwasher functions and to answer any questions. Although our installation took a little longer, due to existing granite countertop, the installers did not rush, but did an excellent job. Thanks!

Fast installation. Two men came one installed while the other took the old dishwasher outside. They were both professional and polite. We would always have things installed from any big product we buy.

I loved that I was getting notified about their schedule and so I knew when to expect them at my house. They encountered a problem removing my old dishwasher because of the new floor in my kitchen but they didn't give up and were able to remove it after all. Paying for this service is well worth it. Our dishwasher installer was fair at best. Speak another language in front of us and swearing "f" bombs. Didn't know how to start the dishwasher. It was not aligned properly or to our liking. Best buy came though on follow up visits.

The installation was quick, prompt, and very professional.

I've had problems with the installation since it was put in. The installers worked hard to get everything in place but unfortunately the bottom panel was never sent, or was misplaced during the installation. I waited another week for them to come back and the panel was put in wrong and it won't be corrected until 1/7. So, I'm still waiting for the proper installation to be finished. Nice guys, just not very organized.

Best Buy matched delivery and install deal from other stores. Delivery and install went well, no scratching of floor walls or product. Installers were clean efficient and pleasant. They did what was contracted for.
