I received free install of my dishwasher when I purchased it. I received prompt service. I purchased the dishwasher on sale & received free install & delivery. Purchase was made in Dayton Ohio for delivery to my second home in Ft Myers, Florida. I made the purchase 2 months before I needed it delivered. It was a seamless transaction!

The 2 young men, Matt and Josh did an excellent job. I had to have a plumber to install a cut off valve. Those 2 young men were right back to install as soon as that was done. Right on time, took the time to explain how my Maytag Dishwasher work. Excellent.

They were professional, quick and installed with out any problems. There was a one day delay and was frequently texted the explanation. The day of delivery I received frequent updates of their arrival time which I appreciated.

Two very nice installation technicians came on time and were very friendly, courteous, and installed my dishwasher without issues. They were very careful to wear covers on their shoes, put pads on the floor, and cover the outgoing and incoming dishwashers, so everything stayed clean and protected. Thank you Best Buy!

Excellent experience all around. they called a week in advance, then a day in advance to confirm. Then again, to provide an ETA well within the time window I was given. 2 professional, clean and efficient guys finished the job without a hitch. Installed the new appliance and hauled away the old one in record time.

Installer was very professional and extremely careful with the removal of the old Dishwasher, to avoid any type of water leak and scratching the floors with the removal or installation of the new Dishwasher. Gave me a great overview on operation, and recommendation of products to use. Left me his number and Best Buy number of any concerns, of issues.

Cory was my installer from Best Buy. He was outstanding. He took great care in removing the old dishwasher and placing the new one. Th he appointment was scheduled and he called 30 minutes in advance to inform me he was on his way. The demo of the dishwasher was helpful also. I am sold on Best Buy for all my appliances in the future!

I could never install this myself & did great job.

Installation headquarters first delayed my installation of LG dishwasher then, the guys who came for the install never made sure it was properly installed and went thru a cycle. It wasn’t until I spoke with Head install operations that I was able to have my dishwasher up and running. It was very displeasing, as they couldn’t get things right the first time and the delay of fixing the problem kept getting delayed. Finally, the last man to work on things knew what he was doing and was able to get things going in a matter of 5min. The install staff needs better training in my opinion.

The installation of a dishwasher was handled well. Communication at all times was excellent. There were several glitches with delivery and installation (beyond Best Buy’s control) that delayed installation, but it all was managed in a professional and courteous manner.

No major problems. DW juts out a little too far. I told the installer this was likely due to him putting the junction box just behind the DW instead of in the adjacent cabinet where the sink is (as the install instructions recommended). It might be worth pulling the DW out to see if this is the case.

I haven’t always had the best of luck with installers of anything. The two men arrived on time and were polite. They were professional and were able to answer my questions easily. The dishwasher was installed before I knew it. They cleaned up and left everything as they found it under the sink. Nice experience.
