The team from the Geek Squad did an excellent job on this dishwasher installation. They had a little problem with the water line installation only due to the placement of the dishwasher in the kitchen. They persevered and solved the problem eliminating the need for drilling additional holes for the water line.

Very good service. I could have installed this dishwasher myself, but hey, it was offered for free. Funny thing, when I went to check out, the free installation disappeared. But Best Buy services straightened it out and made it happen on the exact day I needed it installed. The installer was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.

Crew that did our dishwasher installation were prompt, courteous and friendly. They followed all the Covid guidelines and were very efficient. They explained the "how to" for using the dishwasher and answered all my questions. I wish all installations went this smoothly.

The installer - tech was very knowledgeable, courteous, detail oriented, and thoroughly cleaned up every bit of installation debris. I am normally a do-it your-self type, but this tech did a much better and faster job than I am capable of. Some times it really pays to let the pro do it.

The installers called prior to arrival time, arrived on time and removed the old dishwasher first. They were courteous and efficient. They brought in the new dishwasher and had it installed fairly quickly. The explained how to use and gave me the instruction book for further use. The installers were friendly and kept everything clean.

Installation was scheduled through the website. We were the first stop on the schedule and our two techs showed up 15 minutes early (my wife slept through the entire installation). Took them only a half hour to remove our old one and setup the new one. Cleaned up the entire area.
