Great replacement. No effort on my part. Installed properly.

Technicians came on time, called ahead and replaced my dishwasher. Even though it was on a Saturday, they got the job done timely and correctly. The technicians were very professional.

Installers were quick, efficient, and left absolutely no mess behind themselves. Got the old one out, and gone, with no fuss. Definitely worth paying for experts to do it, rather than insisting on Doing It Myself. Oh, and they were on time, too.

They were perfect and professionals! Got the job done right!

Love the dishwasher. Gets dishes clean, it’s quiet and actually dries them too. Also very beautiful.The delivery drivers were right on time, called about 15 minutes out, very pleasant and efficient.

Installer was a perfectionist! He and his assistant made sure everything was perfect and that I was completely comfortable with its operation. He provided me with his phone number and said to call him direct if i had any further questions.

We've BEEN WAITING ALL DAY for a dishwasher installation at $200 cost, confirmed appointment several times tracked driver Mohamed via app who stated he would arrive by 4:21 pm and I received a cancellation call at 4:19. I have NO WATER now as a result because my sink is unhooked, etc... There's NO appointment until January 9TH TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE from Best Buy. Management SHOULD CALL ME and Have someone come out TOMORROW as an EMERGENCY INSTALL

The people sent to install my dishwasher showed up on time and had everything switched out in under 30 minutes. They even made sure to teach me how to use the various cycles and cleaned up after themselves. I could've done this install myself, but the speed and ease with which they installed this made it well worth the service fee.

As more options than our previous one and it is really quite.

Can't say enough about the Geek Squad installation/delivery for a dishwasher and refrigerator. They arrived on time and went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied. Everything is working properly with no problems- thanks to Chris, Ryan and Sam!! Would definitely use the Geek Squad again. Great service.

Love my new LG dishwasher washes the dishes better than ever, however the bottom rack is not very stable and comes off the track constantly . I would of given the dishwasher a 5 star if the racks were smoother.

The installer Kevin keep me posted on his arrival. Once he got there he was very professional and answered all my questions. Once his assistant arrived they worked together as a team to install my dishwasher. They were professional and courteous and answered any question I asked. They were EXCELLENT.

The workers did very good quick work, very polite.

The installation was done in no time, the technicians knew exactly what to do and were very personable. The removed and took away the old dishwasher and made sure the new one worked prior to leaving.

The installation was as good as it could have possibly been due to faulty design of the space/opening for the dishwasher

Installing guy was very curtious and explained everything what he is planning to do

Installed perfectly and gave great advice on maintenance.
