Happy with our installation.

He was on time according to the time window I was given and he called 15 minutes before he arrived. He did a great job, was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions.

Geek Squad dishwasher installation is great!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although I had to wait for them to get me on the schedule, I'm glad I did, because when they got to me, the Geek Squad dishwasher installation team was skilled, polite and very professional in its approach to the challenge of getting my new dishwasher installed properly in a very small space. Well done, guys! Nobody does it better.

Scheduling and communication problem.

Installers were 1 1/2 hours late 9-12 delivery window. I sat at home for 4 1/2 hours not knowing where they were. Simple fix. Hire me to find out.

Should have had them do it from the start
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I arrange for BB do the install because I thought I could get a local plumber to do it and a couple of other plumbing tasks for less. Once I started calling around for estimates, I realized that BB offered a good deal on the install and guaranteed their work. Should have saved myself time by booking them from the start.

They were polite, helpful and went above and beyond to make the installation a wonderful experience.
