On time courteous & efficient

There was also a part that did not come in the install kit but he was insightful enough to have the correct part available and put it on with no problems!

The best thing since a slide of bread.

Great cleaning and drying

No one had any good things to say about the Samsung so I decided to switch to the KitchenAid. I am so happy that I did make the change.

Dishwasher install

I hope we have better luck with this one. Best installer we’ve had for any appliance in our home.

Top Notch Install

It was very dangerous if left that way. Our installers made sure everything was done correctly and safely. They took the time to do it right. They did such a good job and now I HAVE PEACE OF MIND that everything is safe.

He communicated when scheduling, he was on time, and he explained what he was doing as he went. The install was for MIL and he took time to explain operating differences between the old and new dishwasher.

The 2 guys got right to work on it and taking the old washer out was not an easy job. In the end they got the old washer out and hauled it off and installed the new one without much difficulty. I am pleased with this service.

We noticed a leak a few days later when we first ran it, and the installer came out the same day to check it out, even though it was pretty obvious that the problem was our plumbing, not the install or the dishwasher.

Terrible service took 4 appointments
