The service technician was very thorough and professional in the installation of the new Bosch dishwasher. He asked us prior to the installation what our problem was with the original Bosch dishwasher and explained that the one being installed had fixed that issue with the drain valve. He instantly put us at ease.

I was so pleased to have two caring and competent installers come out exactly as scheduled. The whole time he was working the lead guy was giving me an education in modern appliances. I really appreciated him, his work, and the fact that they cleaned up. These days it's tough to get good help. Bravo, you guys!

Installer was a perfectionist! He and his assistant made sure everything was perfect and that I was completely comfortable with its operation. He provided me with his phone number and said to call him direct if i had any further questions.

These guys had good communication regarding their arrival time. They were efficient and asked if I had any questions.

Anthony H. and Adam N. did a great job installing our dishwasher. They called to inform us they would arrive in 20 minutes before hand. They were professional, did a great job and even gave us helpful tips on other appliances in our kitchen. If we ever need another appliance installed, we hope these are the 2 guys that show up.

After the dishwasher was installed, it would not turn on. I accompanied one of the servicemen to the surge box. I flipped the switch and it sparked. The serviceman recommended I get an electrician. I hired an electrician who diagnosed the issue as the servicemen who installed the dishwasher blew a fuse when installing the dishwasher. I would like to be refunded for paying the electrician for the serviceman's mistake.

Removed and installed in about 30 min. Did a great job!

Installer was on time. He explained exactly what they were going to do and did it efficiently. He gave me instructions on how to use my new machine. They followed all policies in regard to Covid precautions (masks, booties etc) they cleaned your after themselves.

The guys who came did an excellent job installing this appliance. They were courteous and knowledgeable about both installing the appliance nut also how to use some of the features of the appliance.
