Great product and the service for installation top notch.

My installer was on time, through and very knowledgeable

The person who installed the dishwasher was incredibly professional. He indicated he would not install it until the area dried out a bit more. Most service people would have just shoved it in and have the mold begin. He was fantastic.

Charles was on time, professional and polite. He kept me informed about what was being done . When finished, he showed me how the unit worked, and answered my questions. He then cleaned up and was on his way. Overall a positive experience.

When we purchased the dishwasher, the agent told us that the unit would be totally installed with our Total tech and the offer from Kitchen Aid for the install. During our conversation we made sure that the install would cover the install of the outlet, since the unit was direct wired. When the install was done, the install team said that they would need to charge me $160.00 dollars to install the power outlet. I paid the price, so that we would not have to have some install the outlet, then wait longer to have the team return to have the install done. I went to the store to speak to the team about the charge, was again told that that was covered. The store told me to contact corporate customer service to have the charge credited. This has proven to be a 5 conversation with them, and still no resolution. They now say that the charge for the outlet was not covered, but when the store team said it was, they should be resolving this matter. Now very upset with this whole process. We are also having the install redone as the unit was not install properly.

Installer arrived on time and worked very quickly, and did it all on his own. He was friendly and took the time to explain how each feature of the dishwasher worked, and made sure I got it before he left.

Can't say enough about the Geek Squad installation/delivery for a dishwasher and refrigerator. They arrived on time and went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied. Everything is working properly with no problems- thanks to Chris, Ryan and Sam!! Would definitely use the Geek Squad again. Great service.

Great experience from the store to install no issues

Delivery and installation of a dishwasher happened just as I hoped. No complaints. The same person did it all. They took away the old dishwasher too. The cost at $190+ seems high, but no other retailer had any Bosch dishwashers in stock.

Guy who came out communicated well. Was very polite and respectful of my home. Didnt make a mess or leave a mess. He showed me the different features of the dishwasher and even complemented me on the choice as he said it was a great unit.

The people sent to install my dishwasher showed up on time and had everything switched out in under 30 minutes. They even made sure to teach me how to use the various cycles and cleaned up after themselves. I could've done this install myself, but the speed and ease with which they installed this made it well worth the service fee.

This was a new installation so I had the holes pr-drilled for the waste hose and water connection. It took less than an hour as I had already installed the 20 amp outlet at the battom of the wall behind the dishwasher.

The installation was great. The installer was nice and professional. He answered all of our questions.
