This was a new installation so I had the holes pr-drilled for the waste hose and water connection. It took less than an hour as I had already installed the 20 amp outlet at the battom of the wall behind the dishwasher.

The team that came to my hope this morning to install the dishwasher was great! They were respectful and courteous, got the job done quickly. If only Best Buy could learn a lesson from teams such as this!

These 2 guys were so friendly and knowledgeable. I was the last delivery of the day and was still took their time to answer all my questions. Took my old washer away. They even attached the screen door knob back on that I had taken off so they could easily get through the door.

The guys were polite and professional. They came in and got the dishwasher installed quickly and made sure not to leave a mess behind for me to have to clean up. These guys definitely did a good job.

The most personable, knowledgeable, efficient delivery/installation person that I have ever had. I can’t say enough good things about his demeanor and professionalism. His product knowledge was outstanding and his way of explaining the workings and operation of the dishwasher was exceptional.

If you bought a higher-end dishwasher, hire your own trusted plumber or watch the third-party installer sent by BestBuy very carefully. I had to request a second visit (scheduled for three weeks later) to complete the work. The two people that were sent originally had obviously installed a dishwasher before, but they were less than professional in my opinion. I don’t know what would have happened if I had not been home at the time. On their first attempt to slide the unit into the opening the rear feet dug into the vinyl flooring, tearing it and the dishwasher became stuck. I had to ask them to stop pushing it and pull it back out. I recommend and allowed them to patch the rips with duct tape and they were able to get it in. Had they screwed the rear feet all the way in as required for this install they probably would not have had that problem. Since I had other contractors in the house at the same time I was not able to thoroughly inspect their work. They failed to install the “High drain loop” as required. They also did not install the power supply junction box cover, the top and side trim pieces, or the sound insulation pieces. I was told the latter two items were “filler pieces” in case the cabinet opening was too large. Fortunately, they left them still wrapped in plastic with the install instructions, when they left. They are required to achieve the advertised 39 dB sound level. One of the two original installers returned for the rework. Pleasant young man but lacked attention to detail. I had to ask him to pull the unit out completely because the unit could not be leveled. I had to show him that the two rear legs needed to be screwed in completely because our model had a center bottom adjustable leveling system. This was very clearly described in the installation instructions. He again said the trim pieces would not fit and I had to get him to look at the install instructions multiple times. He originally put 3 out 5 pieces on incorrectly and I had to rework some of them myself. It takes some work to get the unit into the cabinet opening but it is not that difficult. The extra sound insulation pieces were stuffed into the space behind the toekick making it difficult to reinstall the metal toekick. I removed the insulation and reinstalled it correctly according to the instructions after he left. At this point I just wanted him gone. I could have, and actually did some of the work myself but we had paid quite a bit of money for a top-line appliance. If you use BestBuy for your install, I encourage you to download, read and understand the installation instructions for your appliance before they arrive. And then WATCH them carefully.

The gentlemen who were subcontractors for Best Buy did an excellent job. They ran into some issues as to the way my plumbing was run. They easily took care of it. There was an extra charge but it was worth it to be able to shut off water from under sink in case there is ever a problem. They were courteous, efficient and clean.

I cannot speak about the dishwasher, because it was never delivered. After waiting for 3 weeks on delivery and installation, I had to call Best Buy on delivery day just to have them tell me they rescheduled my install for an additional week. However, they never informed me and if I wouldn’t call them, I would’ve never known. I immediately cancelled everything from Best Buy and purchased a dishwasher (with delivery and installation service) from Home Depot. Needless to say, I will not purchase appliances from Best Buy ever again. Lastly, the total bill from Best Buy was $1,500.00. I got an equivalent dishwasher for a total of less than &1,000.00 from Home Depot.

Install was seamless and had great communication ahead of arrival in terms of timing. Thank you for a great experience.

he came at the end of the period I was informed he would come. He worked quickly and was nice about answering my questions. I did have more questions later and fault Bosch in not providing clear and more informative manuals with the product and online

Installer arrived on time and worked very quickly, and did it all on his own. He was friendly and took the time to explain how each feature of the dishwasher worked, and made sure I got it before he left.

Sorry that I didn't wrote review right away. Nicolas and Joshua did a great job, very accurate and clean. We was fortunate to have this particular team. They followed safety protocol by wearing face mask and covering shoes. Thanks a lot. You are the best.

The install team was on time, communicated well and were very knowledgeable. Install took a little more than an hour which was half the time I expected.

Jim, the Geek Squad installer was helpful and courteous and knowledgeable, he made the whole process very simple, very easy, and accomplished quickly. I definitely recommend Jim and all the Geek Squad techs Who make my life easier.

The tech was on time and very efficient and professional. This time the machine wasn't damaged when we opened the box.

The dishwasher install was promo'd for free when purchasing the kitchenaid dishwasher (read my review, happy to recommend it highly), so what can we say but they showed up on time, de-installed our old unit (and took it away) and installed the new dishwasher in less than 1 hour. Everything was clean and neat too. Great job.
