The second installation, by Chris and his work partner was excellent! They when far beyond the"call of duty" to clear up what was, essentially, a plumbing problem. We are very grateful for their thoughtfulness, and for their fine work!!

They did a good job installing the dishwasher. They installed it, tested the functions, and checked for leaks. And they cleaned up afterwards.

I also bought a cell phone, in addition to the appliances. The young lady that helped me gave me a phone cord to charge it that has two USB connectors, on each end. How odd, you can't charge it with that cord.

Install guy arrived after the quotes arrival time, but was pleasant and professional otherwise. Did a good job.

Installation process went find both times; but the 2nd installer was able to see that the first installer failed to elevate the water input/output plastic pipes, tying them up higher with zip ties, so that dirty water didn't back up into the dishwasher and contaminate the dishes being cleaned.

The gentleman was super kind and install was very quick.

This guy was super good; he is not in the geek squad they hire out others for this because they need to be plumbers as well. In fact he was so good he fixed and finished the install on our range and connected the water on our fridge that was left un done too. Very good - we wish the Geek Squad installers were 1/2 as good.

very professional, showed up on time. The installation was complete in less than 30 minutes. He explained what he was doing and gave me tips on how to keep the appliance running well. He even advised me on how to get rid of the old dishwasher that was still in perfect working condition. thanks.

Our installer went above & beyond. The (30 yr. old) dishwasher was difficult to remove, and there was a lot of reconfiguring to access the plumbing for installing the new one.

Good job guys makes the entire kitchen better smooth.

The installation guys were ON TIME, fast and very pleasant! They also hauled away the old dishwasher. I'm so glad I got this service add-on!

The technician did a wonderful job start to finish. He arrived on time and brought the dishwasher in carefully as to not scratch our hardwoods. It was a tight fit but he did a great job of getting it in. This was our first install with Best Buy. We will definitely go back for our future appliance purchases.

Excellent free install for KitchenAid dishwasher. The workers who were contractors for BestBuy were the best installers that we have had from any retailer. They were courteous, professional and answered all of our questions. They were very precise in the installation and cleaned up when they were done. Job well done!

Finally after three different try’s to get delivered n scheduled to installed!!! Two weeks then another two weeks poor experience. Last two guys were very good
