I had Best Buy install my new dishwasher when they delivered it. They did a fantastic job, and the individual who installed it was professional and friendly. Installed it in no time, and made sure that everything worked before he left. Would definitely recommend them!

If I could give 10 stars for the installation I would do it. There was no wait for installation, they were on time and knowledgeable, and fast. He was friendly and gave us great tips. He had everything on hand. I was so pleased I even asked if we could hire him on the side and this guy was so ethical and loyal to BB, he apologized and said it would be a conflict of interest. So MORE POWER TO BB and their subcontractors for treating their employees right and well. This is always a great indicator as to how they run their overall business. I won't buy anything else anywhere else unless they just don't carry it.

I love the style and how quite it is, the third rack is good for large loads. I also like just using the top two rack for smaller loads.

Quietest dishwasher we have ever been around! had to put our ear to it to make sure it was running. Beautifully clean dishes and love the three racks. Utensil loading is very nice because each piece stays separated and gets very clean. Love the black stainless.

The dishwasher has been outstanding in its operation. We barely know it is running. The results have met all of our expectations. The installers were knowledgeable and professional. They had the installation completed in a very short period of time

Great dishwasher! Easy to install and very quiet to operate. The biggest advantage is the way that it loads. We can get about 1.5 times more items in this dishwasher, than our old unit. Does a great job cleaning, even with the shorter washing cycles.

The entire installation process went smooth as silk. The dishwasher and garbage disposal both work beautifully and we are 100% satisfied!!

The Samsung dishwasher is great. Even though it did not come with the rest of the appliances the 3rd party - TM Chase (Maurice) did a great job installing the dishwasher. He called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. No problems w/dishwasher, ensured it worked, and fixed water line before he left. Great customer service!!

Dishwasher install was good. The original dishwasher was not working correctly, but the service technician double checked everything to ensure that the install was correct. Once the unit was replaced and reinstalled, there were no further issues. Technicians arrived on time and quickly completed the install. Price is a good value as it would likely be more expensive to hire a plumber to install.

The gentleman who did our install was amazing. He was knowledgeable. And so patient and sweet. My daughter was in and out of our kitchen, asking questions and he was so sweet to her. And he did a great job as well. 5 stars.

I was really pleased I spent the money to have my new dishwasher installed. Disconnecting the old unit was more involved than I expected and installing the new one was also much more involved than I expected. The technician made short work of the installation. My one issue is that I did not notice that the unit is not 100% parallel to the edge of the counter. One corner protrudes about 1/4 inch from the edge. Being that it is screwed into the cabinets on the sides, the distance is too small to reset the screws.

This dishwasher works exceptionally well. It has three shelves and the top shelf saves room because it allows us to put our large utensils on it. We love it.

Installer was A+. He brought in a pad to protect the tile in the kitchen. removed the old unit without a hassle and no water spilt. He unpacked the old unit outside and took all of the trash with him. The new unit was installed perfectly. Flush with the counters and level. Best buy finally ahs a good company doing installs for them.

The tech who installed our dishwasher was fabulous. He was quiet, polite, and worked quickly. We appreciate his work and his professionalism.

If I could, I would give these guys a 6! They were very attentive to making sure that the product was installed properly. They tested it to make sure there were no leaks and that everything was running properly before leaving.

The final installation couldn't have gone any smoother. I'll give this 5 star review only because that gentleman was a great guy and I can't let him suffer due to ineptitude of everything that came before him. My journey started 5 months ago. I had two orders to be fulfilled. A salesperson's dream. One house I ordered a brand new stove and new faucet. For my rental unit I ordered a brand new washer/dryer combo and dishwasher. Let's just talk about the dishwasher because the other stuff was an even bigger nightmare to get it installed. The first people came to take away my old dish washer and install the new one. They pulled out my 20+ year old dishwasher and said my valves needed to be replaced. "No problem" I said and they didn't know how to turn off the condo unit water (even though I showed them where it was). Caveat...i was remote so I could only tell them where in the garage to go. Their limited english and non-desire to stay longer than cinco minutos they actually just hung up the phone and left. Someone later called me and told me they couldn't do it. I had to reschedule. So I ended calling my own guy and he replaced the valves within 20 minutes. Easy peasy. So I'm patient and call my best buy again to reschedule the installation. Had them confirm the location and haul away. I get a date for 3 weeks later. Take it and wait. 2 days before the installation they send me a notification that they are coming. To the wrong address. I call back to let them know and boom...I need to wait 2 more weeks but they can come pick up the old dishwasher (which is still attached) at the original time. Sounds great right? I take morning off from work and they come to pick it up. They look at the old dishwasher and say they can't take it. I asked why not? We don't do installations. Oy...ok. So I reschedule. My new date...2 weeks later. The great day finally arrives and they come to install. My man does everything he needed to do and was in and out in 1 hour. He was not the haul away guy. But guess what...he said...don't worry...I'll just take it away for you. Great dude. TLDR: I got a dishwasher installed after several false starts, 3 visits, and only 1 competent installer.

We’re delighted! The dishwasher is nice and clean looking. We love the extra rack at the top. And it’s SO quiet.

The techs that came out had to come out several times because of unexpected plumbing issues. They were incredibly helpful and kind and never got annoyed that they weren’t able to do the job the first or second time. They even hauled away my old dishwasher even though there was a separate team scheduled to come out and take it. I couldn’t have been happier with their service and our new dishwasher works great!
