The dishwasher is fantastic and works GREAT! But, the 3rd party that is contracted for Best Buy is HORRIBLE! I never got a call when they tried the first installation April 10th to tell me what time between 12-8 they would arrive. I got an email...on a Saturday for an installation telling me it would be in 20 minutes. When they tried to install, there was a plumbing issue. S, I had to get a plumber and did within 3 days and fixed it. April 29th, a month after buying the dishwasher, installation is going to happen...again between 12-8. No calls, no emails letting me know. After the 6:30 arrival (a second time for arrival since they showed up at 5:30 during the ten minutes no adult was home) the dishwasher was installed and runs great. It's unfortunate Best Buy is saddled with 3rd party installers that don't seem to care about the company contracting them to help their customers. Love Best Buy and their employees and products, but I would consider your own installation.

Unfortunately the first set of installers that came out did not know what they were doing and I had to wait until a week later for another set of installers to come out to fix their screw up to have a my dishwasher fixed, This was after fighting them for 8 weeks to get the broking one fixed that was less than a year old,

This team was well prepared they also had an electrician and a plumber Great service Please note this was a replacement for my first dishwasher that had an issue with the door!

Our installation process went very well. The installer was very professional and courteous. With our older home, he had to do a little extra to make everything work out right, but he had everything done in a short period of time. Great job

The guys that came to install the dishwasher were super efficient. They got down to business, removed the old dishwasher, installed the new one, showed us how to use the new one, and were gone just like that. It was pretty great!

Very nice guys that installed. They took time to clean up and allow me to vacuum around the area before inserting the appliance.

Technicians brought a new dishwasher with instructions to haul the old dishwasher and complete installation of the new one. Payments were complete for the services. No installation was done during 1st appointment; basically they said some plumbing needed done with no specifics, they just left and did not haul the old dishwasher. They asked of me to reschedule a 2nd appointment for installation without specifics what was needed. I did a 2nd reschedule and this time the technician said a drainage pipe at the back of the old dishwasher needed relocated for the new dishwasher to fit. I requested for them to haul the old dishwasher so the plumber has room to work on the drainage pipe but they refused. I contracted a local plumber who came and said no relocating of the drainage pipe was necessary and that the new dishwasher was actually an inch shorter than the old one and fit perfectly. I wondered how Bestbuy technicians were determining the new dishwasher won't fit in the space without removing the old one first and do some measurements; pathetic There

The two young men who installed the dishwasher were extremely competetent, friendly and impeccably polite. The dishwasher had a dent. They installed it and arranged a replacement. It was seriously damaged. When Best Buy could not locate a third, i took a partial refund. The dent is not glaring.

We were very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism displayed by the Best Buy appliance installation team. They were in and out in less than an hour and explained the functioning of our new dishwasher. Both guys wore masks the entire time.

The guys came and took out the old dishwasher, put the new one in. Explained how fussy he washers are to install but are great performers and made sure the high loop was good and everything work to my satisfaction

Installer was well aware of COVID 19 restrictions. He wore a mask and gloves. He keep safe distance. He made sure we were comfortable. His installation work was clean and no mess. He took great care to bring in new dishwasher and remove the old dishwasher

Excellent, excellent installation. Installer was knowledgeable about the brand of dishwasher, explained functions and instructions clearly. Worked quickly and proficiently.

The brought a damaged unit to our home and had to order anther. the first unit would not run. Since this has ben fixed we are happy with it.
